I stop in here whenever I'm doing errands in this shopping plaza. It's just very conveniently located next to HMart and DSW; this is it's big plus for me. It's your standard Petco store. I think it's well maintained (at least the cat section, I can say). I like to go into Petco now and then to check out products before purchasing online. This store is one where I can do that. 3 stars.

so I have been going to this petco for a while since I've gotten into aquariums. Shawn has been my go to guy when I'm there, he is very knowledgeable and has helped me with some mistakes I have made in this hobby. all in all, great store

I been coming here for one reason only Elaine !!!!! She's has been cutting my babies hair for over 7 years . My girls, Solo & Penny and their older sister Chloe love getting groomed by Elaine. She has always had amazing heart for the girls and we don't trust anyone more than her. Petco has a real one. Please give her a recognition

no one answers the phone. ever. tried for 3 weeks to get a grooming appointment for my dog. no one answered in the over 15 calls I made.

Workers are rude I waited 5 minutes for somebody to come to the register to say "yea?" And I had to explain I wanted to buy what I had , as I'm about to pay the worker asked what's in my hoodie pocket because I put my hand in there , accused me of stealing , I bought what I had to get & left , never again , very rude!

Just got a kitten, came by to the vetco clinic. Wanted to get the kitten some testing and shots like it's offered on their site. I made an appointment online, completed the profile and reported for the appointment. Once at the appointment they took the kittens weight (approx. Bc the kitten was in the carrier). Informed the vet assistant that my kitten just has some eye tears sometimes and I would like a FelV test done as it's noted on the site. Suddenly the vet decided he didn't want to conduct any testing or check on the kitten & said we should go somewhere else. Very poor customer service and regard for animals.

I hate the Petco closest to my house. It's smell, and it's very unclean. The staff is okay, so that's why I gave that location 2 stars. This location though is very good. It's well organized, the staff is super friendly, and worked quickly with all the customers. The store was super clean, and did not have a pet smell inside. I found everything I needed easily, at all affordable prices! I wish I lived closer to this Petco than the one by me in Milltown!

We've been going to Elaine for yeeeeaaarrrrsss. She really knows her stuff and we trust her with our dog who also loves her-She is the best! Very professional and good at what she does.

Take your dog somewhere else to get groomed. They seem to know very little about dog behavior. My dogs are well behaved and there's been a problem every time I take them here. Never had a single problem anywhere else.

went here the other day to look for food. came across the mice and cage was disgusting! the wheel they play in was filthy! to top it all the cage was dirty and had blood spots all over. looks like a mouse was killed and they left it dirty. it's a pitty for the poor animals. it is inhuman to keep them that way. store is dusty as well.
