During my shopping time there, I noticed people just strolling & not rushing, which is signs of a pleasant place to be. A variety of stores but not many restaurants. Plenty of parking and bathrooms are very clean.

Paramus Park Mall has less foot traffic & hectic crowds then the "Garden State or Bergen Mall" However it's a great place for Mom's 2 shop with their children afternoon outing without worrying little ones would be trampled.
There's a food court on the upper level for quick bite & there's Macy's
as anchor store & is easier too shop in. PPM is just a easier & delightful less hectic place 2 shop.?

I love this mall!! There are a lot of stores that sell a variety of items. It isn't really packed and there are no disrespectful teenagers roaming around. I wish there were more food selections and that the empty store fronts were filled, but all in all, this is my favorite mall!

I actually like this mall, it's quiet and has a decent selection of stores, also think that they need to add more restaurants at the "Food Court..." And maybe they should add the "waterfall" back or something that has water in it, would be a nice feature for the mall in general..

This is a dying mall. More than half of the food court was closed. Only thing left was Chick-fil-A. The mall itself is very old and outdated. There is a medical facility connected to the mall. We went to this mall for the Chick-fil-A. Most of the other customers were from the medical al facility. Give this mall another year before all the stores close down.
