UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE so it is 2 months and still no resolution of my issue! They told me they would need to issue me a check because they cannot change the terms of the loan but now they will not issue me a check. Instead they are now telling me they will reduce the amount of the loan. It’s been 8 days since they said it was completed and still no change to my loan! They have not done anything but give me the run around! When i went to the dealership I was physically threatened in front of the manager by the questionable financing representative who told me he was going to “take me outside”!
DO NOT FINANCE A CAR WITH THIS DEALERSHIP! DO NOT TRUST THEM! READ EVERYTHING MULTIPLE TIMES! GET COPIES OF EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE!!
While my salesman Joe L. was great to work with and helpful, Do not deal with their finance dept. They employ every stereotypical used car salesman practice when working with their finance department! Loan packing, yo yo-ing etc! Screwed me by charging me 50% more than the purchase price of the car for gap insurance! When I asked if it would impact the payoff amount I was told “no” but guess what? Just ANOTHER LIE! And I am not the only one I’ve seen write about this here as it happened to Someone else just 2 days ago! I will spread the news far and wide how unscrupulous/shady/ legally questionable their finance dept. Is. I’ve all ready reached out to the FTC regarding this. Helps to have folks to turn to! Will update! I’m far from done with this matter!

I absolutely had the best experience and let me tell you why. Before I went to Chevrolet I stop at Hyundai and the representative was an absolutely jerk I had to pull my husband out of there before it got ugly. We walked in Chevrolet and the nicest salesman ,Sabin Miah. He was absolutely wonderful, patience and professional and best of all hel expressed my husband which is possible lol.
