I had another great experience at the Oakley store today, and I want to give a huge shout-out to Jeremias, the amazing manager. I've been lucky enough to interact with him every time I visit, and he always goes above and beyond to help. Today, he really showed his professionalism when dealing with an extremely aggressive and disrespectful customer. Through it all, Jeremias kept his composure, stayed calm, and handled it with grace.
Jeremias, you're a true professional, and I'm sorry you had to go through that today. Your patience and excellent customer service don't go unnoticed. Kudos to you for always making sure every customer feels valued, no matter the circumstances. Thank you again for everything!

I was fortunate to have stumbled on a nice pair of glasses and frames (the Saddle model in the first picture) and was given the kind assistance of Jeremias who made the process and experience quite pleasant and friendly!

I recently visited the Oakley store at Garden State Plaza, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The manager, Brandon, was unprofessional and unhelpful throughout my visit. I was interested in purchasing a pair of sunglasses, and they had the last pair available as a floor model. When I inquired about a discount due to it being a display item, Brandon refused, showing no flexibility or willingness to work with me as a customer.
To make matters worse, he kept pushing me to buy two pairs of glasses when I only wanted one, which felt more like a hard sell than a helpful suggestion. His communication was poor, and it became clear that the staff was not well-trained or knowledgeable.
With this kind of management and service, I can see why this store might lose customers in the future. I expected much better from a brand like Oakley, but sadly, I left disappointed and frustrated.

The store was neatly organized and I was able to find what I was looking for. The Lady that was running the store that day had an extremely high sense of customer service and was extremely friendly to interact with. Had an excellent experience shopping.

Store was easy to find, set up in an aesthetically pleasing manner, and clean. Excellent in store customer service. Friendly, knowledgeable, attentive, quick, and kind. Had plenty of sunglasses, goggles, helmets, footwear, and apparel in stock and on display, and most importantly had in stock exactly what I needed. I normally order online through the Standard Issue online site, but was happy to find that Firefighter/1st Responder discounts were also offered in store. Being able to go pick up product when it is time sensitive, needed these lenses for Flight Deck goggles for a snowboard trip in 2 days, was a life saver.
