Terrible.
Made a purchase August 8th, next day August 9th I returned them. I'm still waiting for my refund it's now September 13th.
I've been more than patient, I followed the process. I'm always being told no one is around to help, I'm sorry.
I just want my $94.99 back.

This is a great place to get shoes off of the wall. The staff so far has always helped and never had an issue. Sometimes the selection is not that great for the open box shoes but it is what it is.

This is the only Nike store in Bergen county. It is also an outlet store, so lots of inventory on sale always. Huge number of shoes are also available at a discounted price. They have athletic clothing, shoes and accessories for men, women and kids.
I use this location a lot for my online order returns. On weekdays lines are shorter. But on weekends and holiday season, lines get crazy long. They keep lots of counters open to checkout customers as fast as possible. Lots of associates are on the floor to keep the store tidy and help customers.
Often I like to stroll in the store to check out some of the new inventories. But I haven’t shopped from here much, usually I don’t find the size or quality I look for Nike products.
