We recently purchased a large sectional couch and are extremely happy. Mary Massood greeted us as soon as we walked into the store and understood the balance of being very helpful and yet giving us space. We came back several times before making the purchase and the couch was delivered as promised. The quality of the couch is exceptional!

I probably shouldn't write this before I receive my sofa, but the sales person Mary was really lovely and very helpful. This store has high quality furniture for the price of West Elm and CB2. However, it's made in Italy and much higher quality than the other stores. I think their marketing needs to improve, and they may be more visible on the map. Eagerly awaiting the arrival of my sofa and I will update my review if necessary. Check the store out. It's a hidden gem.

Stellar customer service! We purchased a recliner for my husband and our experience with all staff has been outstanding. Iris and Mindy worked tirelessly to help resolve a motor issue. Mary and Jackie in the Paramus store are graciously trying to accommodate all of our needs. Highly recommend!
