Ashley is a great sales associate, she understands your needs and works efficiently. She made the entire process very easy and made sure the furniture to be delivered as expected. I had a small issue with the chairs and after contacting Modani, they immediately resolved it right away through text! I didn’t even have to call anyone. Jenece is a great customer service associate, she was quick and helped with the replacement. Even when I forgot to reply back, she followed up and asked how I’d like to proceed. I was pleasantly surprised and I really appreciated her diligent work.

Me and my wife we purchase Glass Dining table
with insurance, they told us that even if the glass gets scratched we will have one time class replacement, and the insurance is gonna cover it. So the table hade manufacturer problem and the glass cheap! No one wants to take the responsibility only your money! Stay away! And if you buy from them don’t buy the insurance!

In the store Ashley was so helpful and we really enjoyed working with her. Gary helped us with questions we had after delivery. He was a very professional efficient and answered all of our questions almost immediately. It was a pleasure working with both of them.

I ordered a counter stool. I received a dining chair. Once Gary was notified by the Paramus store of my issues it was less than 5 minutes before he called me two options to resolve the problem. Excellent customer service!

Seamless experience ordering a couch through Mateo! I called the Midtown store but he is normally based in the Paramus location. He was extremely helpful in answering all my questions about the Bloom 3 Seater couch and assisted me through the invoice/ payment process very quickly. It's staff members like Mateo that make a business run so effectively and efficiently - I couldn't have asked for a better service representative to help me through it. I will definitely be ordering from Mateo again soon!

***Just noting a shout-out for the service I received and compliments for the couch I absolutely LOVE!
Mateo.Mislov, their/my salesman sold me a couch over emails, the service was remarkable; even the delivery couldn't have gone better. I'm planning on ordering more couches...actually when I go over the properties in my mind, I can see (3) more for this house in Vermont, and possibly (4) for another home. We'll see, yet to be determined.
I know it's going to take a while to make all my purchases, and get things re-organized and remodeled, so I'm choosing not to wait any longer to write my appreciation review! I ABSOLUTELY ADORE Mizlov's professional service, Modani's brilliant and functional designs, and, again, their service and product is more than above average...excellent in fact!
I'm confident this won't be my last 'hoopla' review for Modani. More to come, later. ---Linda
