Michaels is a great store. I usually shop online and pickup anything quick at my Paramus store. I can get lost in there for a while. I love it!

Always a pleasure to browse this happy place. A walk through the aisles never fails to lift my spirits and inspire me to create something. But the items feel a wee bit expensive than similar stuff in the craft aisles of other stores.

In early December I needed artificial Christmas flowers for outdoor display. Customary sources were sold out but Paramus Michael's had a large selection of flowers, wreaths, potted plants. Excellent prices and very pleassnt helpful personnel. Successful one-stop shoppinlg! Will return!

customer service here is abysmal. wanted to get a custom frame and the people that worked that section looked at us numerous times waiting for service and ignored us. they even turned off the call button without telling us if they’d come out to help us. they just left us standing there like idiots until we got left. will never go back there again.

Came to your store for 1 specific thing, when I asked at the register if you sold it the lady was very harsh “not all our locations sell the same stuff” she didn’t have to say it in the manner she did (I believe her name was Mary) I will continue shopping at your Ramsey location I’m more familiar with the layout and the employees are nice and helpful.
