Extremely poor service. We bought custom hunter douglas blinds. The delivery was delayed by over a month and there were no communication from them regarding our order status. There were no response to our calls. And It was so frustrating to see that they had already charged the remaining balance after initial deposit which needs to be paid at delivery, even before the actual delivery. I would never make a purchase from this place again.

Received a partial installation since part of the order was taking a very long time to fulfill. I'm waiting over 5 months for shutters to come in and be installed. At this point I'm wondering do I really need them? I kind of lost my enthusiasm for this job. Too long from ordering to completion. Beware.

Metropolitan Window Fashions is the perfect shop for someone like me. I need to have enough choice without feeling overwhelmed. The store is comfortable and inviting. The woman at the store was very helpful. She understood what I was trying to accomplish and showed me fabric that was exactly what I wanted for my window treatment. I also loved trying the remotes for the Hunter Douglas products on display! Once I bring my husband to the store it is going to be so easy to convince him this is what we want.

After searching for a good shop that will take care of my order for window treatments, I am happy to say that Nassaus Metropolitan Window Fashions has filled the bill! Great customer service. You can tell they care about their customers and their satisfaction. Keep up the good work......... stores like yours are hard to find!
