I intended to stop by and keep going, check out other stores but DeAndre and Jonathan were so efficient, knowledgeable and made my experience a great one with their warmth and customer service. I felt compelled to stay and shop. Loved my purchase and my time with them

The experience here is something we ( my fiancé and I) have never seen. We were walking by and it all started with the smell of their perfume ( which we did not know at the time). We had to go into the store to confirm the smell and of course purchased it. But that was not the only thing we purchased..Our rep, Marina, immediately opened up to us and got us setup with the perfume, mini tote bag, matching wallet, a card wallet, and a zip pouch. We only came in for the perfume but Marina let us see the bags, wallets, zip pouches, and much more. She was SOO patient with us and answered ALL of our questions. Sure, most can answer questions BUT the knowledge she gave us, the service she gave us, and the staffs were all in all a better time we've had compared to Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Burbbery, etc.My fiancé and I have bought MANY designer brand items at many different locations but this has to be our favorite and best experience yet! We want to thank Marina ( our rep ) and Cherelle ( Store Manager ) and every staff there tonight. We WILL be back to purchase more and will be telling everyone to ask for Marina.

i called them to authenticate a bag i recently purchased online. i had to be redirected 3 times because the first person couldn’t authenticate and the second person said what i would need to authenticate the bag but didn’t help me. the third person confirmed what we needed to authenticate but was a bit confusing. he would tell us one thing to use but didn’t say we needed another thing to authenticate the bag with. he said i needed another part of the bag that i didn’t have. we finally came to the conclusion that we only needed the original tag and the number on it so they can look it up. i would have given five stars but the runaround was unnecessary and the people weren’t completely helpful, we had to guide them with our questions thoroughly and suggest ways of authenticating before they said yes that’s how to do it. they also said we would speak with a manager the first time we asked and never got to a manager just other types of store employees. i bought an item here another time and had a wonderful experience and this was in store. i would recommend going in store if you can because on the phone was a hassle.

Purchased a pocket book, they forgot the chain. Did nothing to make good. Bought a suit case and the wheels are defective and make the suit case difficult to pull. Obviously defective, traveled over 100 miles as requested so a manager could take a look, then tells us the manager won’t be here for two more days so leave it and they will make a decision soon and get back to us. Bought a bag and u have to be hurcules to open it. Customer service the worst, over priced and quality is poor. Horrible customer service. They do NOT stand behind their products
