“Wonderful business and customer service!I was looking for small space bedroom for my daughter online and accidentally saw Casa Eleganza on Google. Great selection and affordable prices. Due to COVID shipping delay(not the business fault) my bedroom was weeks away and I needed it ASAP but Zach was able to find similar bedroom set in California and delivered with complimentary white glove service in two days! Unfortunately the nightstand hardware was defective but it can be replaced with new one and Zach reimbursed $400 back to my credit card. No one would done that! Thank you Casa Eleganza!”
“I was originally going to buy a pillow online as I saw a sleep number pillow on sale, but I thought it may be best to go in-store and I’m glad I did. Ashley immediately greeted me and asked if she could assist me. I expressed my concerns with my sleep pattern and she was quickly able to give me some guidance on the best pillow. She took her time explaining the pros and cons of each pillow and her personal experience with the memory foam pillow. I never felt rushed and felt like she really listened. I ended up purchasing her recommended pillow and I did so in part of the experience Ashley provided me. They didn’t have the pillow in stock so she will be shipping it to me. Thanks Ashley!”
