You would think management would know to add salespeople on Black Friday. I went on Saturday because it was taking way too long for pick up. When I got there there wasn't that many customers but there wasn't that many workers either. I stood in line a while just to ask a question. The store is not organized and after looking 20 minutes for what I wanted I found out it wasn't displayed. Why advertise something and not display it? It was so hard to find other things as well. I nearly had to tackle a sales rep just to get what I want and check out. I wasn't treated nicely by all but some were nice. Out was very stressful and I know I'll be apprehensive going back. The purchase was good once I got possession.

I placed an order for store pick-up and when I arrived I was told they have my purchase they just have to unload label it and it should be ready in 45minutes to and hour. Then I was emailed 30 minutes later saying my product would be delayed for several days! Just avoiding shopping with this business and at the very least only order for delivery never store pick up. None of the employees seem motivated and will only give you the run around instead of genuinely trying to help you.

Came in for the Geek Squad, stayed a while for the massage chairs. Display models on sale for $1999. Sooooooo nice in anti-gravity full body mode. I want one of these, but it's impractical. They didn't have my Fitbit bands, or the battery I needed, but I can get them online. It was a satisfactory visit even so.

I ordered a gas dryer.My delivery time frame was 11-3pm. As we weren't home until 10:45 to wait for our delivery, between 11-3pm. I come to find out the delivery men arrived at 10:17am. So I looked back at my camera to verify this, and what i see is ludicrous he walks up my steps never knocks or rings bell took 2 selfies of himself to show he showed up (his proof) but mine is better because cameras don't lie. He never attempted to knock. And just left! Now I have to wait till tomorrow to see when the next available day is. And they don't tell you a time until the day before so you just have to take the day off from work and sit around all day. I will be sharing my video on all social media. I could only imagine how many people they've done this to. If they don't like their jobs then leave. Poor poor costumer service! Next time I'll order from home depot or Lowe's!

I always have great experiences at this Best Buy, regardless if it's online order pickup, in store purchase, or returns. This store has pretty good inventory and website has accurate inventory markings. Associates are helpful and mostly available. In my last visit (couple of weeks ago), an associate got me Dyson hair dryer from the storage selves, when none were available in the regular shelf.I have had easy returns, with no questions asked. The online order pick up line separate from in-store checkout line, which is convenient.Being a Best Buy credit card holder (5% reward or 0% interest financing), I get lots of offers and buy lots of stuff, and this is my go to store for those purchases.

If I could give them no stars I would. I went in today to buy a new tv. I looked around for over 10 mins to find someone to even help me. Once I found someone they told me to wait and they never came to help. I was standing by the tvs for over 20 mins and still no one came to help. The staff member I asked to help me, I looked over and they where just standing there trying to look busy cause they saw me staring at them. Finally after waiting so long I left and went to Target where someone helped me right away.

You only get the run around with this business and you can't even speak to someone on the phone! It's literally impossible to get to speak to someone! You get an endless busy signal and then you are disconnected. I don't know how they stay in business treating their customers this way. They go out of their way to sell you their protection plan, and once they have you, they could care less about you and you are left fending for yourself. I would NEVER buy anything from these people again!

Just pathetic. I went to this location to speak to the Geek Squad about doing a home installation for a Nakamichi AV receiver a Nakamichi Disc Player a pair of Elac bookshelf speakers and a 55 inch TLC Roku Smart TV. The woman at the geek squad said oh we don't do that; go the the Audio Visual department. I then went there and took 15 minutes to explain this and the guy took down the information, entered it his computer and gave me a printout. He said you'll be contacted in 24-48 hours. I got a text two days later having me call a Best Buy phone number. I spoke to 2 different people on the phone and the last guy quoted me 6-800 dollars for this project which basically is just wiring everything properly. Your company needs to hire competent people.

Fraud Alert! This Best Buy runs a merchandise theft scam such that defective or unwanted merchandise paid for and purchased online that is returned to the store is NOT PROCESSED AS RETURNED! So the refund is not processed to your charge card, while the store keeps and does whatever it wants with the returned merchandise, constituting THEFT and FRAUD! After spending approximately 45 minutes at the Bergen Town Center Best Buy, and dealing with at least 6 different employees, two claiming to be managers, none were able to process the refund back to our charge card---despite the merchandise being returned in the box it came in less than one week after pick-up! The store refuses to provide the name of its General Manager (if there is one) or of Best Buy's Northern NJ territory manager, and tells customers to call the police if they aren't satisfied! This is disgraceful, horrible, illegal treatment of innocent customers. We want our money back!

Walked in this afternoon looking for a refrigerator and dishwasher. No service provided at all. Plenty of products, but no service. No service, no sale not worth a single star only problem is this website won't let me leave a review without giving one, I wouldn't give them a quarter star honestly. Never wasting my time in this store again!

NEVER buy an appliance from Best Buy. Their business practices are completely UNETHICAL. Their delivery drivers called when they were 10 MINUTES AWAY from delivery to ask if there was a dryer on top of the washing machine they were removing. There was. They said that they could not deliver and install the new washer because they refused to move the dryer that was stacked on top of the old washer. NOWHERE on my order did it say anything like that anywhere. I went through the entire pre-delivery checklist and it said NOTHING about that. When they arrived, they then said that they could move the dryer to install the new washer but they couldn't put the dryer back on top of the new washer because a stacking kit was not purchased. Once again, there was NEVER a mention of a stacking kit being required. It was not even offered as an add-on to the purchase. It was not mentioned in the pre-delivery checklist. I've had a stackable washer and dryer stacked on top of each other for MORE THAN 20 YEARS without a stacking kit. You don't need one if you have a non-skid pad placed under the dryer, which I have. It has never moved an inch in 20+ years of heavy use. The fact that nobody tells you about any of this until 10 minutes before they arrive to make the delivery and installation is COMPLETELY UNETHICAL. Especially when you have to take off a whole day of work to be around for their delivery window and it's impossible to get someone to come over and help you move a major appliance in only 10 minutes! That's ridiculous. I will NEVER buy another appliance from Best Buy. And most likely never make another purchase of any kind from their chain of stores. There are too many better options available.

As I said with my other Best Buy review, I don't enjoy giving poor reviews. Here too, I have found myself standing in an electronics section for 15 minutes without receiving any help. However, the issue here seems to be more that they are understaffed. It is what it is, but just don't have high expectations.
