This lids was absolutely amazing. I didn’t know what I went in there for a the amazing manager helped me with what I needed. They do such an amazing job on embroidery. Definitely recommended this lids location.

Arianna was so helpful helping me out. She helped me pick out a perfect hat as a gift and did an amazing job with the embroidery on the hat and gave me exactly what I wanted. Will be returning. Thank you!

I was initially hesitant coming to this location based on the reviews. But glad I went anyway to get my own experience. Christopher was one of the sales associate who assisted me. Great customer service and mannerisms. Thank you Chris for helping me get my first baseball cap.
