I would not recommend this business. If I could I would give them 0 stars. The cabinets were stock cabinets with a custom price tag. They are average to poor quality at best. Their 1 man installer knicked most of the cabinets to the point that they hired a painting company to fix them. So now we no longer have factory painted cabinets and they look terrible. In addition they cut the sink cabinet wrongly and had to order another sink cabinet for our farm house sink. At least they agreed to order a new one, but initially they tried pass it off and caulk it but it looked horrible. Lastly, I told our sales designer that I wanted to purchase countertops from a different stone company, but Kuche Cucina told me that I had signed a contract and had to purchase from them. They went as far as telling me that they had already bought the stone. My response was how did you buy the stone when I did not even pick out the stone?! They showed me the contract which had a check box checked off for countertops. We settled on me paying them $4000 instead of the $7000. Of course I should have gotten $4000 worth of stone, but I got nothing. I used another company for my countertops as I did not want to give them anymore business.
I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. Run far and fast away from this kitchen/designer business. They only want your money and do not care about their customers.

We had a very extensive project that included an entire new kitchen. Everyone at Kuche+ Cucina was professional, creative and easy to work with. Best of all, the finished product, our kitchen, is stunning!
We couldn’t be happier.

We worked with the K+C team over three years ago to have our “custom” cabinets installed in our renovated house in Jersey City. The team was great initially from a personal perspective but turned out the cabinets are still from external manufacturers. The quality we got for the money paid was terrible and ridiculous.We’ve since had nothing but issues with chipping, cracking, paint that doesn’t stay and they have had to replace drawers and do touch ups but continue to have ongoing issues. They make you sign a waiver when you work with them on these issues which was wise on their part. I had posted a Google and Facebook review about this in our first year of issues and was asked by the owner to remove it to keep their good standing and so I did so in good faith they’d help us resolve the quality issues with the manufacturer. Since July of this year, they have promised to get the manufacturer to do yet another replacement, I’ve sent multiple emails of photos and notes ans spoken on the phone to review the issues so they can be clarified by their team with the manufacturer since July and as of October, I’ve not had a response from K+C to honor their commitments. We’ve been calling, emailing and left voicemails. My recommendation is to go to Ikea as you’ll get better quality for your money and know who your custom cabinets are from so at least post installation, you’re guaranteed support.

Having my kitchen designed/installed and manufactured by Kuche Cucina was the best decision I ever made.The staff was professional, patient and very accommodating. My kitchen looks like it should be on the cover page of Architectural Digest !
