Great displays. However, I was in there for over a half hour without one single person asking us if we needed help. (There was one gentleman who saw me playing with a faucet and came by and showed me how it operated. However he never asked me if I wanted any more help and never saw him again.)
If it weren't for the interactive displays, this would have been one star.

This place is quick to take your money and sell you everything but when it is time to return an item, that my rep said I could return no matter what condition , on site reps freak out and blow you away, does not want to take returns, and redirect you to the rep that sold you the product which he is on vacation, and no one else can handle it. Unacceptable, do not waste your time here.

It was very stressful as first time homeowners to go through two bathroom rennovations. The most pleasant part of our renovation process was working with Alyssa. I have been to the store and purchased a new bathtub for my house, I have clearly told them I wanted a ceramic bathtub not plastic, the lady advised me this was a good bathtub for me, it looked nice and when it arrived at my home it was plastic, I called the store straight away about the mistake they had made, and they told me this is the one I asked for, I had to pay for them to deliver it and it was three times the money to collect it, and I thought the store should have paid for something over the mistake but I had to pay for everything, then that's not bad enough, Im 3 weeks waiting on a refund for my purchase, and I had been speaking to all the store managers, I have given them the name to go on the check maybe 10 different times and I am really not joking when I say that, so when I received the check the first time the name was wrong, they have sent the second check and would you believe the name is wrong again, so what I had to do was write the name on a piece of paper and bring it into the store, before they sent the third check, and I still haven't received it yet and I am dreading it because I know it's going to be wrong again, obviously the staff in the store what's having a joke by doing this because I clearly stated what I wanted on the check from day one, hopefully they will catch on now, what I want on the check because I had to write it on a piece of paper and give it to them lol the staff in this shop obviously hasn't got a clue what they are doing, they obviously done this to me because I said it was their fault for giving me the plastic bathtub, and this is their way for getting back to me, Play constantly messing up the check for the refund, not a great experience whatsoever, and what I have learned is every Kohler store has got different owners, and I would recommend staying away from this store in Paramus if you have to drive somewhere different it will be well worth it, the owners really needs to review who they have working for them because they are losing trade by the minute, big big disappointment

I have been dealing with the store the last couple of weeks, not one of the staff members, but every single one of them is very cheeky, I wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone, if you have to drive one hour to another store, I would highly recommend it, to save you a lot of painkillers for your head, nothing but cheekiness and ignorant every time I call, this store should get a review on the staff members

I bought a brand new sink faucet and shower set from Kohler store about 9-10 months ago. It started peeling at 2 months literally. They claim it is all water damage but how does that happen within just weeks. Obviously your product is not made to withstand different water in towns. I spent almost $1000! Customer service does not care or help even though my product is still under warranty. Horrible service and customer service! Don’t buy Kohler ! The product does not have any longevity!

I bought a kitchen faucet from Christian at Kohler showroom in Paramus. When my plumber tried to install, he discovered a manufacturing defect which prevented him from installing the unit. Christian to the rescue!!! He handled the exchange as a truly competent customer service professional. Problem solved! I had a new faucet the next day as Christian had the warehouse expedite the delivery. Thank you!

I had the pleasure and good luck to work with Courtney Weaver. My bathroom reno took a very long time with quite a few issues. Courtney was with me every step of the way from the beginning to the end. I had to return a few items, replace others, absolutely no issues. I had special order tile and custom cabinetry and shower door.
The orders were delivered with absolutely no issues and on time.
I would work with Courtney again on any project. She is an asset to the company from her pleasant personality to her abundant knowledge of the products and her attention to detail.

Customer service is terrible. Arrived to the store ready to purchase but no help from anyone and just walked around the store. The selection are overwhelming and definitely I needed help.

This store is a pleasure to deal with. My shower doors came and when my contractor went to install, parts were missing. I called the store and with no argument, they picked it up, replaced the doors, and made sure the replacements were unopened. It seems the original delivery was a return that someone had removed parts from. The new doors came with all parts and the instructions that were also missing from the 1st delivery. It was a delightful experience. Could not have asked for more. Please note, I was not in any rush and was able to wait the few weeks for the new doors.
