Thank you so much to the store manager Melissa for all your help!!! She was really knowledgeable about the products and was able to help my friend and I purchase a combined total of over $300 of product. We will be returning to this Kiehl’s store due to their great customer service!!

Ever since working out at Equinox, they've introduced this brand to me over 7 years ago. I use their products daily - from their men's facial fuel and body wash. Use their products everyday. Highly recommended and worth the investment!

I placed the order at night and they said one of the products has to pick the in the store and it is still available at that time, so I have to separate the order. The next day, they sent me two emails, first said your order is in process, then the other one said the order has been canceled. So I said I want to cancel all of my orders because I’m not gonna but only one product and pay for the shipping. They just said I can’t cancel it. That's insane.

This review is for Kiehl's Corporate, which I'm not able to find on Yelp. I sent this email to Customer Service this morning:"I am HIGHLY disappointed and dissatisfied with your Customer Service team over the last 2 weeks. Your 20% Friends & Family Discount was not working on the website on 4/2/20. I placed 2 orders that day and was told by a representative that there was a problem on the site and the 20% would be deducted later. Those orders shipped, my card was charged, and the discount was not reflected. On 4/10/20, the customer service rep said she could only give me 20% one of my 4/2/20 orders because I used a $10 reward coupon on the other order. She promised me 20% off my next order, which I placed that day (4/10/20). I just spoke with customer service today (4/13/20) and was told that they already gave me 20% my last order and they are not able to do this again. I was LIED TO by your customer service rep on 4/10/20 and this is extremely frustrating. You are going to lose me as a customer if you cannot rectify this."I used to work for a beauty e-commerce company and they ALWAYS did right by the customer when there was a technical issue on the website. I love Kiehl's products, but their customer service team is terrible.

Update 1/20/20: Customer Service called and will be sending my Mom a replacement. Thank you KiehlsThis store is amazing and I have been a loyal customer here. I have been a loyal customer to Kiehls for many years...then after all my loyalty I get treated badly by customer service at corporate when a product is defective that I ordered online: I bought this Christmas Gift Kit for my 80 year old mother in the nursing home. While on my visit (9 hours away) I gave her this as part of her Christmas gift. Since she is unable to apply it to her own face, I opened the box and when I tried to pump the vitamin C Serum, nothing came out. The pump is defective so I contacted customer service. I finally heard back when I was back in Florida. I was then told I need to send the item back in the original package for a replacement. I explained that my mother is paralyzed and not able to do anything, let alone pack the product and send back. I will not be back to see her for 4 weeks. Needless to say, I will never buy Kiehls again. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years. Really bad customer service. Lowest rating I can possibly give.
