If you are going to buy from this place, read this. We purchased a Bernhardt dining room table in July of 2023 from this location from Pupul. It is now 8 months later - and after an ungodly amount of emails, calls and visits to the store between myself and my husband - finally our money has been returned. This place is a total debacle. Take warning, I used to own a furniture store myself so I have extensive knowledge of this industry. I have never seen a worse run operation.If I put everything in this review it would be three pages long, so what I will do is give you some tips if you are forced to buy from here so you don’t end up in the same situation we were put in by Pupul.- Tip #1: Don’t execute a sale with Pupul. She is not honest or responsive, and she ultimately dodges anything having to do with responsibility of a sale. She pushes you off to corporate and has no care as long as the sale is made. She is a corporate person and has no business being in a. Show room. My guess is she is related to ownership.- Tip #2: Don’t accept a delivery if the store is closed. Our table was delivered at 8 am on a Saturday and the store didn’t open until 10:00. We refused to accept the table based on the condition it was in, and even wrote the refusal on the bill of lading but the delivery company assured us to keep it and the store would make good on fixing the table. The delivery service also forged a signature on the paperwork and this led to a whole host of issues.- Tip # 3: Don’t pay these people in full. It will only screw you as it did us and they will tie up thousands of dollars of your money for months.Tip #4: Don’t buy the protection program. Instead of replacing the defective table that they delivered to us, the store will put your issue through as a warranty claim just like they did to us. Not only will you have to follow up and deal with incompetence with this 3rd party (just like their delivery service), the stores inability to admit they did this to evade responsibility for replacing the piece will again, only screw you.Tip #5: They sell other vendors furniture. Almost everything in this store is made by Bernhardt, etc. if you want to see a piece in person, come here. If you still want to purchase make sure they are a VERIFIED VENDOR of the company who makes the piece you are buying. Otherwise they may oh, I don’t know…try to put your claim through their whack furniture insurance so they don’t have to take responsibility for any issues. Again, first hand experience.Tip #6: When you read the POSITIVE reviews of the people who have ‘purchased’ from this locations, look at their Google review history. Most of them have 1 review and it’s this place. They must have had such an inspirational experience with this store that it’s the only Google review they have ever written and it happens to be complimentary. Ask yourself if that makes sense. I didn’t do this, and I wish I had.

Wish I could give some negative star to this product & store. It was my first-time buying furniture from Jennifer Furniture and it was also my last. I really regret going to Jennifer Furniture as it’s completely wastage of money. Lessons learnt!!!I placed an order of Finley Living Room Set (Sofa + Love seat + Chair). Quality of the product is really bad against the price. There are two main reasons:1) Leather quality is extremely poor based on the price.2) Horrible comfort - feels like sitting on hard surface.As soon as I received the product, I sent an email to store that I want to return, and I was even ready to pay restocking fees. I even called the customer service. However, they denied taking it back based on their policy. This product is completely useless.

Was extremely disappointed with their lack on inventory in the showroom. Very small and not worth the trip. The 2 stars is only for the nice employee whom tried to ensure we were greeted and helped.

It was my first time buying furniture from Jennifer Furniture and it was also my last. I bought a leather power recliner 3 years ago and it did not hold up well. I always buy the furniture protection plan, I purchased the 5 year Elite Complete Plan and it was a disaster. It took 3 online attempts to place a claim, I also tried to attach pictures and it wouldn’t take them. After completing the online claim and I called the claim department to make sure it was received and to advise them that it did not allow me to attach pictures. The representative advised me that if the pictures were needed someone would contact me soon. No one ever did, I waited for about 3 weeks and then called to find out the status of the claim. The representative advised me that they would contact me once my claim was reached. It took about another 2 weeks to hear back from them via email and I was told the claims weren’t covered. So of course I called the claim department only to be yelled at by some guy who was extremely rude to me and even hung up on me and did not care to hear my concerns. According to my plan all of it was covered but according to the claim agent the wording I used to describe each incident was wrong and my claims were denied. I will never shop there again and I will never buy a furniture protection plan from Guardsman either!!!! Good riddance!!!

Top shelf service- Pupul is focused on customer satisfaction. Because of her we made 2 purchases as she is able and willing to work with the customer. Top quality furniture. We had a sofa set we bought in the old Yonkers store which lasted almost 20yrs. Friday we bought a dining set & a sleeper sofa for my mancave! Thanks Pupul.

Great selection of furniture. They had floor samples available for certain models that no other major chain store had to try which was fantastic. The sales team was attentive and friendly. Many thanks to Pupul who guided us through our purchase. Quality and comfort of the sofa we purchased is great.

It seems these guys never got the memo... Covid is kinda over and yet delivery dates have a vaguely insincere feel to them as we'll attempt to get things to you by September but no guarantees. Jennifer Furniture emerged from the bankruptcy of Jennifer Convertibles and honestly has not closed the credibility gap of it's predecessor one iota. Shortcomings that might have been endured when they were dealing in cheap futons and couches are not palatable when bigger money is on the line.While I understand much of this merchandise hails from South Asia, I'm beginning to wonder if they have a warehouse somewhere inside the Bermuda Triangle or on the Lost Continent of Atlantis. Our confidence is not high so Jennifer is an easy pass.

Worst furniture quality. We got a round leaf table which is so flimsy. When I called the store , the lady said “ that’s the cheapest of all other expensive tables . The table alone was around $800++ “ . That’s not cheap . And how can you give an excuse like this ! Your store should have better quality for whatever price the customer paid . Because quality is what you pride for when you sell your product!

Just purchased my 3rd sofa from them. Nicole was terrific and PC was our furniture Angel. Jennifer’s is really the best for sofa sleepers. I highly recommend them.
