This place has gone down the hill. If I could go back and find another place I would, you have to tip $30-$40 every single time you come in if not you look like somebody that won't be getting service here close to $500 a month paying here and let me tell you something the air quality is pure garbage. I thought this place would continue the show it's customers good faith since they raise the contracts, but they only went downhilloffering bad quality hair systems. I will be looking for another place as this is a disaster. I literally have to glue my hair every three days with the bond and other systems used to last a few weeks now it last maybe a few days here runs out just horrible look elsewhere because I will do the same.

Been a client for 15 years and I've been using the top of the line ehk . My experience has been horrible. I've been in touch with the owner and he agreed that my hair system wa terrible . The back of my hair did not match the unit it looked Terrible . i have brown hair with some grey and they can't get it right . I should never have been let out of the salon looking like a horses ass . Shame shame on all of you . I'm aggresslively looking to change salons. .I'm spending close to 10000 per year and I'm the fool . Time after time disappointed in the final product . The quality has diminished greatly. Within days of having a new unit installed the hair loss was amazing . so the answer is I have to go back tomorrow spend approx 1 1/2 hours to see if they can get it right . im So disappointed in Ja that I strongly urge any person look long and hard before getting hooked in .

I think reviews are a necessary and sometimes an important way to delve into a companies' history. However, so many reviews are from people who are fundamentally difficult and/or negative, or are outright fabrications to suit a particular one sided issue they have. As a customer of hair replacement for many years I urge you to actually visit JAA or any company for that matter and make your own decision on how they do business. Ask to see and meet real clients , ask to see real photos, ask to meet the staff, ask how long have they been in business. If you don't receive satisfactory answers on all questions stay away from that hair replacement company or salon. These days its easy to grab stock photography on the internet and post it as your own or make false claims about how long they have been in business. I have seen people operating from their basement, or home, or mom and pop hair salons claiming to be experienced and honest hair replacement providers. Today you have to see for yourself. Don't allow people with a negative or in some cases outright ill intent dictate to you where you should go for such a personal service. I know for a fact the people at JAA bring their heart and soul to this business and their customers every day and they have been doing that for over 35 years. You can't stay in business that long by making people unhappy. See it for yourself and then decide.

I had hair replacement it lifted up in a day . I pulled it off . I had to burn my head with alcohol to remove the glue . Every time you call them they don’t pick up even though they are sitting there . I left a voicemail and they didn’t reply . Very poorly run business. My advice stay bald !Services: Hair extensions
