This J. Crew is decent. The employees were welcoming and friendly. I was looking for some collar shirts but I thought the prices were too high for the quality of material. They had an abundance of different sizes and the selection is large.

This store is a mess. It’s poorly stocked. The clothes are all wrinkled and in disarray. The staff is incompetent and useless. Wanted to buy a $700 suit and they couldn’t even steam it to make it look presentable.

My favorite store in the mall. The clothes are awesome this season and I can’t recommend this place enough. The employees go out of their way to help and they will become your personal shopper inside the store. Getting anything you need and being very attentive to your needs.

So, i went to use my gift card for my birthday. I was a loyal customer of jcrew for years. My clothes tag was 31.95 and chantal ring it to 63.99.. i came back and ask her for the wrong charge. She told me that i cant return it coz it was final sale. The receipt doesnt says final sale. And she cant bring back my 25 gift from jcrew. First of all, it is not my fault that they have the wrong price. 2nd, i did not ask for a birthday gift.. since they gave me that. I wanted to use it. Chantal is very rude and not friendly at all.
