“The staff was super friendly and helpful. My iPhone 12 Pro fell in water and the next day it wouldn’t charge anymore so I had to get a new phone ASAP. They made the unexpected upgrade transition seamless and also gave me helpful tips regarding T mobile coverage and Apple Care coverage that I didn’t know about before. I was out of the store in less than 1 hour (I backed up via iCloud prior to heading to the store). I called the other store near Bergen County and they were all out of stock of the iPhone 16 Pro Max and this was the only store that had availability (I got the last one in stock that day).
