I've always been very satisfied with Indochino products and have had positive experiences in the past. The sales process was smooth, and the salesperson who assisted with my final fitting was excellent. However, when I arrived last night to pick up my finished suit, the experience was disappointing. The salesperson was busy with another client, and I felt like a burden to the person who eventually helped me. The tailor who assisted seemed indifferent. When I got home, I noticed that the bottom seam of the jacket had not been properly resewn after alterations, the pants were still covered in chalk marks, and the suit was extremely creased. Since I live too far from the store, I was forced to take the suit to a local tailor to fix these issues. I expected a higher level of professionalism.
