Pablo is FANTASTIC! He’s clearly excellent at what he does—a true expert. He made my fiancé feel comfortable and ensured he had a special experience being fitted for a bespoke wedding suit. He walked us through the entire process and gave great recommendations when we were unsure of the best choice. It was such a great experience that we’re looking forward to going back—I might even get my own pants suit for work!

At first, I thought the concept was really cool, and the prices were very fair. I quickly realized that the prices are the way they are because the fabric is extremely cheap and the kids who worked there are not really tailors so they don’t know how to measure correctly. The only thing worth getting there are the suit jackets. The material of the pants are terrible and they literally need to be measured perfectly in order to not be uncomfortable or for them to rip. I have had several pairs of pants that have ripped right down the crotch area. A few years back, they would replace them for free. Then they started charging $100 and now they charge $200 to replace these pants. One of the replacements that I had to get recently cost $150 and it was made even cheaper than the last time I got it. You can literally see right through the pants as it is made of one very thin layer of material. Frankly, you are much better off getting a suit at Macy’s, which is much better quality for the same price or usually even less

Pablo is an amazing representative for Indochino and is an expert in their MTM process. His patience and eye for tailoring gives me confidence that the finished product will fit almost perfectly out of the box.
Indochino's sales processes though leave a bit to be desired. Throughout the online process, faqs, and booking an appt, they never tell you that there are measuring charges and shipping charges for orders under $600 which of course is post discount total. Transparency can go along way in such a competitive market.
Knowing these minor issues I would 100% recommend Pablo for a fitting or for more information about the process.

Pablo was incredibly helpful and friendly. He was very conscientious of every aspect of the measurements, offering thoughtful and unabashed guidance throughout. I have been measured twice before for “made to measure” and this was the best experience so far. I highly recommend. While I haven't received the tux yet I feel confident it’s going to be just what I’m looking for.
