waited in line for 30 mins only 2 people in front of me. took 30 more mins to process and bring my item out. this should not be taking as long as it took for small ottoman. spending an hr at this place for one item seems crazy. bad customer service. slow staff and won’t be coming back to this spot.

I wish it was possible to give no stars. I had an awful experience where I was trying to return some items that were on different receipts. I had everything organized and had all of my receipts. I let the cashier know before we began that it was quite a large return and if a manager could do it instead. She said she was fine with doing it, so I was fine with it as well. She then proceeded to tell me that she can't do it. I asked her to call over a manager again. When the manager arrived he told me they "don't have time for this" and asked me to leave claiming that they registers open for me to make my return. Mind you there was only one other person on line and two registers open. I found it incredibly rude to ask a customer to leave because you "don't have time for them". I will not be bringing my business back to homesense as this was extremely upsetting and rude.

I usually love visiting this store when we travel into town. We were so disappointed this time! The store was beyond over cluttered and chaotic; the staff members (including the on duty manage) lacked appropriate customer service skills; and it was flat out dirty/littered with trash. When one person in our group went to check out, the cashier attempted to give her over $11 back in all quarters. Sadly, we won't be returning.
