Lady that works by the bath section gave us an evil stare, as to why we were still in the store. She could have just told us nicely that store is closing. You cant treat customers like that? Nasty really, to treat customers like nuisance. Well now I know I won't be shopping anymore at this location when you treat your customers like that. She was wearing a white tshirt. Middle age lady.

One of the worst stores I've ever been too. in my entire life and I am a fan of HomeGoods but this location it's horrible in the middle of the mall with no signage people that work there don't even know how to give you directions and then the quality of the stuff in the store nothing compares to what the brand is supposed to be then I have to audacity to walk to Burlington coat factory and Marshalls. The same thing do not waste your time at these locations if you're into home decor these are not the locations to go to I'm telling you but it's your choice but it'll be a waste of your time guaranteed and I approve this message. Might I add horrible customer service in HomeGoods I call the store several times because I kept driving up and down the mall area outside while I was looking for parking each time I called was a total of about six times they kept picking up the phone and hanging up my call and all I wanted was to know exactly in the mall where the location was I had to walk halfway through the mall to finally find it and it was a waste of time like I said one of the most horrible experiences I've ever had shopping at HomeGoods

I love Homegoods as a store, they have gorgeous items at great prices. However, today I had an altercation with the manager named Fran. I was so disappointed with the service I received. I found a Christmas themed macaroon tree from the Martha Stewart seasonal decor line. This was on sale and placed with the other after Christmas items on a table and the sign said it was 50% off. I even noticed it was broken in an area and a piece of it was missing. I still fell in love with the tree so I decided to buy it anyways since it was half off. Not to mention I saw this weeks prior at this store with the other Christmas decor. I came up to the register and was met with a very kind employee who called her manager over to get the price adjustment. This is when Fran came over. She argued with me and said that it was a Valentine’s Day item and it shouldn’t be on sale, how they could only give me $4 off for it. She accused me of moving it to the Christmas section, so I pointed out the Christmas themed tag with the snow and pine tree designs. She accused me of putting that tag on as well. Then I said scan the bottom with the actual price tag to see if it should be on sale. I know about the code that signals to employees when stuff should be marked down. She said no so I decided to walk away. As I was walking away I overheard her say “oh yeah it actually is Christmas, let me put a clearance sticker on it”. I decided to go back and speak to her about what I overheard. She still gave me a hard time and then finally said “Fine! Just this once I will give it to you with the discount.” What did she mean just this once? She found out she was wrong and didn’t want to admit it. At that point I didn’t even want it since I had to fight so hard when I was right the whole time. I still bought it but I am very disappointed. With the amount of money I spend at Homegoods I am appalled at this service. I will report this to corporate as well

It's a nice store, everything is where it should be, and sometimes it does get overstocked and a bit busy/crowded as well, I also love it when they add all the Christmas stuff..

Always a sales person that will go and get an item that is too far away for me to walk to. Also they will check to see if an item is in stock. The cashiers are always pleasant. I thank them so much for that.
