“Customer service at this location is by far the fastest and friendliest I've ever experienced. I needed to rent a truck in order to get my outdoor project materials home. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Margaret at the returns/service area. Everything was a breeze. She explained how the rental works, my time limit, EVERYTHING! She also assisted me with a return at the same time. When I returned the rental truck, it took no time at all and I was on my way. Thank you Margaret for making the process a breeze.”

Lots of parking and quick serviceCONS: I saw one supervisor yelling at this older employee at the top of his lungs. Very embarrassing for the worker and awkward for the crowd of customers around.OVERALL: As a customer I like it here, but the supervisor must treat his employees better. He was in his 30s with black hair.”
