I was also told that there was a sale the next day so that in lighted me to the next day it was not my first purchase and Raymour has there out protection plan, they don't farm it out like other stores do. “I came into Ashley looking to see a sofa and loveseat I saw online. I wanted to try it out and see if it would be best for my apartment before purchasing. Unfortunately they didn't have the sofa in stores. Bryan the sales associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed me all the sofas that were similar and gave me the best deals. I paid more than what I expected but I realized a sectional sofa was a better fit and comfort for my apart.”
“Excellent sales person who helped me immediately, the umbrella I wanted was in stock, on sale, and I brought that home. The Tivoli love seat I ordered will be delivered next week. However the cushions on sale for the loveseat were not available in stock in the beige color I wanted, so I have to wait until July, and that I’m not happy about. There were two in the store, but they could not be sold as they needed them for display. However, the sales person was excellent - it’s not her fault merchandise is not in stock or available in a reasonable amount of time.”

“I was originally going to buy a pillow online as I saw a sleep number pillow on sale, but I thought it may be best to go in-store and I’m glad I did. Ashley immediately greeted me and asked if she could assist me. I expressed my concerns with my sleep pattern and she was quickly able to give me some guidance on the best pillow. She took her time explaining the pros and cons of each pillow and her personal experience with the memory foam pillow. I never felt rushed and felt like she really listened. I ended up purchasing her recommended pillow and I did so in part of the experience Ashley provided me. They didn’t have the pillow in stock so she will be shipping it to me. Thanks Ashley!”
“I had never shopped at Crate & Barrel either in-store or online before. After striking out at all other furniture stores, this was my last resort. I was aware that this was a pricier option than other furniture stores in the area, but was willing to give it a try. So take note, if you are looking for budget furniture, this isn't your place.Upon walking into the store, you are greeted by someone who can direct you to the right area. There are 2 floors.Since we were looking for a couch, we went upstairs and were greeted by someone else, an associate named Sharon. We told her what we were looking for in a couch, and she brought us to a couch that literally met all our needs. Since we have pets, our options were limited in terms of fabric. Sharon was very, very helpful! She even told us to sign up for Crate & Barrel's email list to save an additional 10%.Although I am still waiting on my couch delivery (backorder!), I am confident that it will be seamless given the store experience. Thank you Sharon!”

“I was fortunate enough to work with Susan Zulauf on a couple of occasions. I found her to be very knowledgeable and experienced. She listened to what I thought I was looking for in a sectional and she guided me to the perfect one. I never felt any pressure on buying anything. It can be overwhelming to make all the little decisions in picking out the details for the sectional and she made it very easy. We are very happy with our new sectional.
