Horrible service. Changing rooms closed 2 hours earlier than closing time. And all the employees were unbelievably rude without reason. Find new employees.

We liked 5-6 items. When we went to the cash register, there was no one in line, but since we were waiting on the wrong side, 2 people passed before us. I asked the employee what do you think we are waiting for here? “You have to stand in line,” he said. Even though there was no warning about where the queue started, they waited for us to go to the back again, as if they were making fun of us. Of course I left everything I was going to buy. H&M store is finished for me and my friends.

It is a beautiful store. The clothes on the shelves don't look so pretty; but put they are beauties, works of art. They are unique and quality pieces. The prices are affordable. It is a place that is easily accessible, even for those with disabilities. Forward!

I believe this is the best H & M store. If you believe otherwise please let us know. The store is spacious, organized and the staff are really helpful and friendly. Clothes are reasonably priced and well made. Fashionable but with a classical look. Great for the office or a night out. Every time I go there I find something really nice I will most definitely wear.

The lady saw me trying on outfits in the fitting room, I stepped out to grab a smaller size, only to come back to fitting room being closed off at 7:35pm. The store closes at 8. This is a mall. I told the lady that I just needed to make sure these fit before making my purchases. I spent 2hours in the store and had 5 outfits. She looked me in my face and srugged her shoulders. I dropped everything and left. Disgusting customer service.

Searched the store for 35 minutes looking for the correct jeans. When I finally found them with no help whatsoever because apparently everyone was too busy. When I go to try themat 7:51 I could because the fitting room is closed.don’t they close at 9.??
