“Bergen Community College Gym is a comparatively small gymnasium by college standards, but suitable for the crowds they draw. Capacity I would estimate at about 500, with 15 rows of plastic no-back bleachers along just one side of the gym, and no end seating. This gym hosts both the BCC Bulldog basketball and volleyball teams. The sightlines are quite good once you get up high, and the sound system is very good too.”

“I'm happy to have found Equinox Paramus. The facility is always clean and well maintained. While I wish there were more benches, the wait is usually not too long, there's always something else you can work on while it becomes unoccupied. The trainers are so friendly and there is always 1 or 2 walking around that help re rack weights and are willing to help/answer questions. For the classes, I love Metcon3, especially with Michelle.... Speaking of which I should really book a class (it's been too long). Comparing the quality of the gym, amenities, and lower membership counts to other nearby gyms, this place wins. Cost is a little steep at $200/mo. With single access (and $330-ish/mo.) for multi access with some NYC exclusions. At the cost, I would love to have a pool, but that won't happen within the gym footprint unless the physical/occupational therapy space left the space? You may be wondering if commitments - equinox does not do initial month to month. You need to commit to 12 months and then it goes month to month thereafter.”
“The location is always clean and staff are all friendly and helpful, but wiping your own machine is not enforced and the locker rooms often have a noxious amount of body spray.”

“My biggest problem with the gym is the fact that children swimming classes happen everyday and moms bring their children (both boys and girls) into the adult women locker rooms to change. Any adult who goes to the gym knows that there's always particular people who walk around nude. Or those people who really take their sweet time going from naked to dressed. And they should be allowed to do this, as it's a gym for adults and that's an expectation for any locker room. However, there are always little staring children from the swim classes, and I feel it's really really inappropriate that their mothers use the women's locker rooms for changing. A family-friendly locker room should be in place, though that's never going to happen and there's not even a space for it. But I always feel really uncomfortable when little kids, even like 3 and 4 year Olds are in the adult locker rooms.”
“Jen, is a great person who really cares about what she does and is passionate about fitness and nutrition. She really helped me out select a great drink that was extremely good and really helped quench my thirst. She really gave me a good experience. This is the overall experience I get from Crunch Paramus as they are very professional.”

“Naomi was a great help she helped facilitate everything for me and my son. I would recommend anyone looking for a membership to come see her or any of the staff as they are friendly and take the time to explain everything in detail. Great customer service!”
