Very disappointing. Very bad experience. My order was more than $10K. But it looks like no one cared. Very Bad service. I have been waiting for few weeks. They only delivered a treadmill. I had to call so many times to the stores to have them arrange the delivery. No one called to follow up if I received the treadmill and bicycle yet. Their delivery company did not call me for few weeks. The store kept on saying their delivery company will call. But no one followed up. Finally they delivered few weeks after I bought that treadmill. And they missed one item which they still did not deliver. It had been more than 1 1/2 month already. I still did not receive the 2nd item, matrix bicyle. No one called to explain why and advise when they can deliver. Most likely I have to call to cancel this item. Very bad experience. I regretted to buy from this company. I bought the 5 year warranty. Not sure if their service is good or not in the future if the machine has problem. So regretful to buy from Johnson. Bad experience. Bad service.

Amazing staff and service from the minute I opened the door. I expressed some of my limitations as a disabled Veteran which led to a very personalized look at what equipment would best suite my situation .I could not be happier. Looking forward to my delivery and instal.

While my initial experience was bumpy, it's understandable as, just like every other business, they are short staffed and training new folks. However, as soon as I expressed my frustration, they made sure I was taken care of properly and made price adjustments to compensate for my frustration. And, this will be the second piece of workout equipment I have purchased from them, and the quality is top notch as is the service for the equipment when needed.

The District Manager was actually conducting his store inventory when we arrive to his store (well one of it). He knew all of his product information. He was able to answer all of my questions regarding my NEW gym workout equipments. Excellent Service!

After a few trips back and forth to Johnson Fitness and several conversations later I settled in on a Matrix T75 treadmill to the tune of 8000.00 (including "white glove" delievery and maximum warranty extensions) I went there explain to them that I like to run 5-7 days a week. I also told them that I swear by the IFit product and that's what I use to run. On March 2 my treadmill was delivered . Here is where things fell apart bother literally and figuratively. As they were carrying the treadmill down the stairs nuts blots and screws were falling out of the machine. They told me that they would put them back in once they set everything up. Got treadmill down stairs put it back together and couldn't get one bolt back in. They were like it's fine. I simply nodded and then they proceeded to run the machine and as they were running it the noises it was making were not normal. They tried to fix it and couldn't. In my desperation I told them leave it and send someone out to fix. I notated the paperwork and sent them on their way. They were even saying that they don't usually deliver such and expensive machine and they have never heard them make this kind of noise. Called the store manager who put me in contact with a service provider. Service provider has me send him all kinds of videos and orders me up a set of screws. He comes and says oh we don't need them adjusts everything and says your floor is crooked/slanted. (Also doesn't realize what kind of machine this is thinks it's a lesser model with a different motor. Says he hasn't even seen this new one before.) A basement concrete slab floor. He says I have an idea get a piece of plywood put it under machine that will help with your carpet and the floor being unlevel. I go out get the piece of plywood. Go back to running still making all kinds of noises. Have him come back and this time he says the piece of wood I bought is warped. Tells me to get shims and when he comes next time to install parts he will level the machine. He also tests the machine and sees that the lifting mechanism is making noise that something is wrong. The gentleman orders the part comes back. Levels the machine with the shims and apparently now doesn't have the room to pull the machine apart to change the lifting mechanism. Now he mysteriously finds a wire going up the side rail that's loose and says this could be it. Again bite my tongue. Start to run again and to my surprise the noise has gotten better. However it's still there better but there. For a machine to tune of 8 grand I can't simply settle. As I continue to run the noise is coming back more frequently. I also don't understand how they had no problem getting the machine downstairs with no problem but can't take it apart to change the part. Mind you I have now these parts stacking up in my basement. Also as I'm thinking faster than I'm typing I had to make a bunch of phone calls and send videos to show them. I'm like guys at this point the machine isn't even a month old. I'm not tinkering or taking anymore photos this is ridiculous. Also somewhere in between the delivery and as I write this the ifit Stopped working. I called again and they proceeded to tell me that it's been a known issue that I need to use a guest account and log in Every-time in order to use it. So you're telling me that no one wanted to disclose that to me when I was purchasing. Again took it on the chin and decided ok I'll annoyingly login every time. Now within the last week the guest account is now having issues and I get error messages for the ifit Home Screen. I don't even know if the program is saving my runs. They want to blame ifit however if it doesn't work then tell people or take it off the machine. I would have gone a different direction if it didn't have that particular program. In addition to tall this my sister tells me when she runs the Netflix now isn't working it's constantly buffering. The router is litera

The store manager, Peter M., was helpful in explaining the different options and helping us to understand the pros and cons. Will post another review once the item is delivered and set-up!
