The quality of clothing is horrendous! I bought a black set for $77 dollars and when I got home it had runs in it like a bad pair of stocking. The workers saw the damage and would not let me return it because of the no refund policy. The owner should be ashamed to be selling expensive cheap clothing and not allowing customers to return. Do better!

I’m honestly very shocked by how I was treated, considering that I am a frequent customer at this store. I recently purchased an outfit from this store that I didn’t end up liking. I came back to return the clothes and the representative (Ruba) began to inspect the clothes immediately and told me that I couldn’t return it because there were damages. The clothes were never even taken out of the bag since purchased. I asked her to see another model of the clothes and put the one I bought side by side with one that was in the store. They looked exactly the same and both had the same ”damages” that she was talking about. I realized that she wasn’t handling the situation properly so I asked her to speak to a manager so that I can properly explain the situation. She told me that there were no managers around and that she would give me the phone number to one. She wrote down a number and name for me to call. I called immediately after walking out of the store. She had given me the stores number and answered the phone pretending to be a manager saying her name was “Doribel”. I saw her talking to me on the phone from outside of the floor. There also was another employee there witnessing it all. This honestly felt very unprofessional. In the end I was left with merchandise that I don’t want and have not gotten any response from anyone regarding this situation ( I have been trying to put in contact requests via their website)

In the mall and we hear two shots.. The young ladies working at the Glam Store, Celine, Elizabeth and Shan went into lockdown mode, rushed all of us into a rear room and were truly phenomenal! It turned out according to security that it was someone setting off fireworks, but these young women were truly remarkable! God bless them!

I passed by this store by chance a couple months ago and the ladies helped me with picking different outfits. I was able to get a green dress, orange dress, black dress, green romper, and orange 2 piece. They recommended what was best for my body and told me honestly what didn't look good which I appreciated. I left right after to travel for work but was able to come back to NJ and this store a second time for an upcoming reunion. I'm so happy I was recognized and helped again to find a cute brown 2 piece for the reunion. Then I came back a third time and realized I needed another dress for a wedding and I was helped again with different suggested options, finally choosing a long green dress. I love how funny and real these ladies are and they make me comfortable despite my lack of confidence. This will definitely be my go to store whenever I'm in New Jersey

Absolutely amazing! I wish I got the workers’ names because they were so helpful and nice! They helped me find my prom dress and were beyond kind as they also made sure I understood the store policy (that the dress was final sale and I cannot return it). They definitely deserve a raise!!!

I couldn’t believe what just happened to us today. We went to purchase an outfit for today and when I helped my daughter unzipped the pants after she tried it on pieces of the zipper fell off (mind you the pants were big on her) I was nice enough to tell one of the workers and the manager attempted to say I had to pay for the damaged item. In my 40+ years I have never been told I needed to pay for an item that was defected. I was still being nice and tried buying a dress and they did not allow me to purchase it & then they tried keeping me hostage in the store.. I am aware everyone is allowed to have their own set of rules but to charge a customer for a defected item is beyond ridiculous.

I’m not a big shopper, I usually hate it but I love shopping at Glam, the employees always make me feel comfortable and I always enjoy my time. Ruba and Celine are the sweetest, they’re so patient and make sure I always get exactly what I want. They always get me right!

Amazing experience, top notch customer service. Celine was amazing! I’d come back just to kick it with her! She went above and beyond helping me plan some fire outfits for Miami. Omg she deserves such a raise! Masa was so patient and helpful as well! Favorite place to visit for a sexy going out visit!
