Gap factory located inside Bergen Town Center. Big parking lot in the mall. Very convenient.
They have all the sections for men women children and sports wears. We went to get some pants for my kid. Honestly I never purchase anything in full price. Always wait for discount.
Highly recommend to get their credit card for being a member. The perks are great: extra discounts, cash back on purchases etc.
Line to check out is always long on the weekends but it does move quickly.

This Gap factory store in Bergen Town Mall is a big store. They have the men’s on the right, women’s on the left and kids section in the back. Fitting rooms are in the middle section to the right.
This store has large selection of clothing in each department. I have seen discounts on all most all items, ranging between 30%-70% off. Prices are very cheap after discounts. We bought few long pants for our daughter from the kids section. We had an additional $10 off coupon from Gap rewards.
The store was mostly clean and tidy. Bunch of associates walk around the store, constantly folding messy clothes. Fitting rooms had a dedicated associate as well. The checkout process was easy. We got all the discounts and got to use our coupon without any issues.

As a former employee for 20 years I visited and took my son to pick out a few things very clean, each zone flowed very well, strong presentation visible mannequins sizing etc….Stephanie and her team do a wonderful job ….😎

Nice workers except for whoever was guarding the mall enterance last Thursday night 10/17. I walk in at 9 because I assumed the entire mall didnt close till 9:30. I walk straight to the sweaters on display & in the driest rudest tone I hear “Store is closed, back door is locked”. Given that this woman wasn’t even facing the actual enterance it took me a minute to even realize where she was or who she was talking to. I stated I thought they closed at 9:30 & she just repeats herself the store closes at 9. Given that the majority of the mall is still open for another 30 mins maybe have a more pleasant worker in front to warn customers.

Usually brands put on offers, but they have offers that give you the Waooo effect, you can find up to 80% off, plus this is a strong and guaranteed brand.I recommend it, I found many things at a good price and I know I have this for a long time.
