Let me just say, THANK YOU! I worked with G, Fried Flooring & Design for a stair and hall runner. The whole experience was fantastic from start to finish. When I entered the showroom, there I was greeted by Ms Roseann (aka Queen!) She was so lovely and guided me through the showroom and helped me with my selection. She knew exactly what I wanted. Once I selected the carpet, Matthew took over. He was wonderful and patient. Matthew, thank you being so accommodating with time and coming out to the house. The installation was smooth and seamless. Roy and Keith were professional and so nice. Overall, it was a lovely experience. I’m so happy! Thank you to the whole G. Fried Flooring & Design team!

It is a pleasure to write this review. My experience with G. Fried has been an awesome one. I had been to another store and was very disappointed in the help that I didn't get. When I got to G. Fried, Jamie Martinez gave me her utmost attention, giving me advice on which carpets would be best for our stair runner and why. I ordered many samples free of charge and visited the store multiple times. Through it all, Jamie was patient, professional and friendy. Gary pre-measured our stairs to ensure that we got the correct amount of carpet. Scheduling the installation was easy and the installer was also courteous, professional and on time. We love our new carpet and will definitely be back when we need more. I wish all shopping experiences could be this easy and pleasant.

Beautiful choices. Gary was so helpful choosing the staircase runner and the surging color. He came quickly and measured the stairs. Ivan and his associate came on time and did a wonderful job. We couldn't be happier.
