My girlfriend and I had been talking about getting a new pair of boots for quite some time. While exploring Garden State Plaza, we came upon Freebird for the first time! (I’m impressed to see a store like this in Jersey) Right away, we were greeted by Anthony and he led us to what we were looking for. After roughly an hour of trying on different boots, we settled on our new favorite pairs! Anthony was incredible throughout the whole shopping experience. It felt like our own personal assistant! Will definitely be back, and Thank You Anthony!

Found a pair I liked and that managed to fit me - Freebird only makes their boots in full sizes for some reason.Would have bought another pair if the in-store experience were a little better. Now that I have an idea of the fit will just buy online.

Visited Freebird on 2 times in 2 weeks. The presentation of the store and the beautiful products caught my attention quickly. I love love love the uniqueness of it. The quality is amazing. The design very stylish and high fashion. The price point is very affordable. The customer service was excellent even on the day I showed up looking like I just finished scrubbing my tub. The workers were very knowledgeable and helpful and most importantly patient. I will attach photos I took while in store.
