Excellent sales person who helped me immediately, the umbrella I wanted was in stock, on sale, and I brought that home. The Tivoli love seat I ordered will be delivered next week. However the cushions on sale for the loveseat were not available in stock in the beige color I wanted, so I have to wait until July, and that I’m not happy about. There were two in the store, but they could not be sold as they needed them for display. However, the sales person was excellent - it’s not her fault merchandise is not in stock or available in a reasonable amount of time.

Jake at Fortunoff Backyard was fantastic!! He was knowledgeable of all the products and gave us a great price for what we were looking for. Jake followed up with phone calls and answered all our questions to meet our backyard needs. We would highly recommend seeing Jake at Fortunoff's!!
