I used Floor Town to install carpeting throughout my entire condo (first and second floor). Exceptional service from the minute I stepped through the door. Michelle took the time to walk me through various questions I needed to consider before purchasing a carpet – questions I didn’t even know to ask. End result, was a solution that fit within my budget, and great product. Installation was just as easy. The team was fantastic. I received a call before they arrived, and after they were done for the day. Everything was always cleaned up and ready for the next day’s work. I highly recommend them for any of your flooring needs!!!

Great service, great to work with and really terrific results. We were trying coordinate a half dozen contractors and Dave Federici at Floor Town stepped up and really helped us sort out the logistics for all the trades. We have had several contractors come through the house since FT finished their work and we've heard nothing but compliments about how the floor has turned out. Great job Floor Town!

They never get back to you when they say they will, very poor customer service and price quote was $2500.00 - $3000.00 dollars higher then all the others I received.You also have to go to the store and pick the floor you want to get someone to come out to measure for the estimate and then wait around for over a week. Most flooring contractors bring samples to your house.

Pulling up old carpeting in bedroom/loft area was the third time we've used Floortown. Their customer service, quality products and willingness to keep well within our budget was perfect. Highly recommend them.

We ordered 2 special order carpets the week before Christmas and were told they would be ready in 1-2 weeks. Two weeks went by and we still hadn't heard anything so we called. The person who answered the phone was not able to give us a straight answer and we were told someone else would call us back. That person never called back. So we called again and after a lot of back and forth we were told one would be ready Wednesday and one Friday. My husband calls Wednesday morning to see if the carpet is ready and is told it was not. (Good thing he didn't waste his time going there!) They could not tell us a firm date. After a lot of back and forth and unnecessary phone calls we finally received both carpets (weeks later) and not at the same time. Sales staff is pretty useless and couldn't tell us anything. Don't shop here if you can help it.

The process of replacing carpeting in my home was made very easy by the staff at floor town. Michelle was very knowledgeable and helpful in assisting me with my selections. The installers were very good at what they do as well, and cleaned up after the job was completed. I plan to use Floor town again with any future projects.

I was a return customer at Floor Town...the service and quality of their products are...by far...above and beyond..I will continue to use them in all of my future projects...Dave was extremely professional and the installers were very well qualified in preforming their job....and the house was cleaned up after every day...

I recently bought carpeting from Vincent. I was so happy with the service I received during the buying process and the installation process. Cynthia kept in contact with me often regarding the delivery and installation times. I also was able to get a Saturday appointment. The day of installation the men showed up right on time. They were super nice and finished my job in 2 hours, when they thought it would take 4 hours. They cleaned up after the job was done and when before they left my new carpet area was super clean. I highly recommend floor town for any of your flooring needs.
