Just purchased from this store this morning, since some of the items weren’t available so the lady ordered it for me through online.
When I got home I realized that I never got an email confirmation about my order so I had to call the store and I spoke with this guy named JAQUIS that was very rude and not being helpful!!
This was the first time I have encountered such a horrible attitude!! He made me feel it’s my fault for mistakenly not putting the letter L on my gmail.
He was very arrogant and just told me there is nothing he can do!!
Surprisingly before I wrote this review I just read some of the same reviews that this store has a horrible customer service!!
Management should check on this!!

The staff here Fabletics Garden State Plaza is rude , they have a terrible attitude and gave me hard time making an even exchange. I don't know if they realize the offensive facial expressions they are also making. They make you feel like you are doing something wrong by just changing a size. I personally will tell all my friends and family about this. They will not shop at this place. They need to bring store attendants / manager that guy with blonde hair and that girl with long black hair lack customer service etiquette. Get rid of these staff members!!!

I was just at the garden state plaza store the manager was extremely rude. Did not know how to speak with a nasty attitude and of course walked away from the situation because did not want to help. Is very sad to go spend money and get treated with a nasty attitude. If I can give this place a zero I will.

The customer service representative at the store is horrible. I asked if they had any offers on their leggings and she was very condescending when she replied no. I proceeded to point to the 2 for $24 signs all over the store asking what those are about and she carried on with a bad attitude to say, these are for VIP members only. Instead of gaining a new customer, she made sure I would never shop there again. Coming here to the reviews section, I see a pattern so I advise management to do something about this.

It was only after leaving the mall that I noticed an unexpected charge of $64.95 on my credit card statement. To my dismay, this charge turned out to be a membership fee for the Fabletics store itself. I felt deceived and scammed by the store's lack of transparency.
What added to my disappointment was the unprofessional behavior and lack of knowledge displayed by the customer service representative. When I called the store to inquire about the charge, the girl I spoke with not only failed to acknowledge the issue but also responded with an attitude. This kind of dismissive and disrespectful behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the store's commitment to customer satisfaction.
It is essential for Fabletics Garden State Plaza Mall to address these concerns and ensure that their customers are fully informed about any membership programs or associated fees before making a purchase. Transparency is key in building trust and maintaining a positive shopping experience.

Horrible customer service experience. I ended up returning the items and I didnt even get a receipt of the refund. Now I have no proof of my return. Worse experience ever, ended up cancelling my membership.
