This store in Paramus Park Mall gave me the best shopping experience. They feature a large assortment of sales items and a wide variety. I went there in the morning and the store was really quiet, with few customers, and my shopping experience was excellent. This site is much quieter than the Garden State Mall. There are a lot of sizes and a lot of great products at this express.

I would like to personally thank Kiara for assisting me from the moment I walked into the store till the moment I left. Hands down the best customer service I’ve experienced in all my years of mall shopping. Express please continue to hire ladies like her. She is the true definition of providing customer service above and beyond.

What ever happened to bending head over heels, customer is always right motto? How things changed from years ago when I used to work in GSP! Although I have been shopping at Express for years now, I hven't encountered a superb nor negative experience. However, I was there 2 days ago and customer service was truly inexistent. One of the men, by the men's department, couldn't be bothered to help me find a size or a similar item to the one I was looking for. He answered a question and never came back. The 2 cashiers were busy with customers holding up the line. One was opening a credit card and the other had an order issue. I was waiting for 5-7 minutes without anyone acknowledging that they will be with us in a few or asking for backup from management. There were plenty of salespeople on the floor with many of them going back and forth to the backrooms. Times have truly changed the in-store shopping experience, that's why shopping on line avoids this frustration.

Was just there on Saturday and I was helped by Asheley on the sales floor and then two guys in the fitting room. The customer service was amazing! I've been coming to this express for awhile and the boy working the fitting room has always been so helpful with styling options. He really goes out of his way every single time to make sure I am being taken care of during my visit.

This store is really nice and organized, there’s always stock in most of the things. The staff, in particular the girls, are super friendly and always help costumers. They definitely take 5 stars although, the only guy that works here, he is never friendly and willing to help costumers (from what I’ve seen). Couple of times that I’ve been in the line to pay and he just walks away not taking costumers even though he’s doing nothing. He’ll take 0 stars.

Not nearly as large as other Express stores but what they have is always the latest and the staff that works here is extremely friendly and out there to help with anything you need. Always a pleasure shopping here with no complaints at all. Thanks Express crew.
