I'm here rating the store, not the clothing.
I'm guessing it's the manager, super rude, just like most of the ladies that are there "to help" that look up and down to you before they mention anything else. And on top of that, the store fitting rooms ate the worst! They have no ventilation whatsoever. Horrible experience to try on clothes while you're burning inside. The only reason why I'm giving the 3 stars it's because the cashiers made it better.

Mostly why I love express is because they have a lot of smaller sizes. But also it's affordable and the clothes last a while if you take care of them. It's perfect for frugal professionals. This store's AC was out.. wow it was hot in there. The employees had great attitudes and were super kind and helpful.

This Fercandy manager can due a better job with her attitude. Is always rolling her eyes when asked for help and looks constantly annoyed. I wonder why they transferred her from Edgewater to Garden State Plaza. Could it be the nasty attitude???

I came here because I needed clothes for a job interview, and a wonderful woman named Themba helped me out. Not only did she guide me to this season’s most fashionable businesswear; she even picked out cute blouses to wear under my blazer to give me a pop of color. She was friendly, helpful, and diligent, and I was very impressed with the store’s customer service overall. Every employee I came across was equally helpful as well, and I’ve been coming to this store for years now. For the past 5 years or so, the great service has never wavered.
