From beginning to end, my representative, Rob at this location was phenomenal. He made the transition from accessing the vehicle to returning to the vehicle smooth and simple. I definitely look forward to renting from enterprise again at this particular location. The vehicle was top-tier, in great condition, as well as clean. No complaints here. I definitely see myself spreading the word. Thanks again Rob and thank you Enterprise.

Robert made the rental process so simple! I called ahead of time to find out the process and once everything was set to go I was picked up at the auto body shop and taken to Enterprise where I was in a rental car in just a few minutes. Once my car was ready to be picked up from the body shop I was able to leave the rental vehicle at the body shop. I recommend this place for your next rental needs! However, I highly recommend calling instead of just showing up that way they can ensure they have a vehicle ready for you!

If you want to feel comfortable renting a car in the area, this is the place. I reluctantly signed up for all the extra insurance and collision coverage. Best decision I every made. After having a rough couple days and 2 crashes, they never made me feel like the fool I was. Everyone from the owner down made this typically daunting process painless. I'll be back.

They made my rental process so easy! Samantha picked me up from the repair shop I dropped my car off at, and brought me back when the car was done, with great customer service! I recommend this place for your rental needs!

My experience at the Paramus N.J. location was excellent. The Asst Branch Manager, Mr. Delano King was extremely cordial and efficent in getting me on the road. I always preferred Enterprise for the client service and Delano confirmed my loyalty. Thank you

Have rented from them twice now and have had a great experience with them. Quick seamless process. All the staff were very professional and took the time to explain everything where needed.I even got a free upgrade when I booked with them the first time since they didn't have the car I initially rented.

Enterprise in Paramus far exceeds expectations.Delano handled taking my reservation and made sure everything was set up properly as far as insurance was concerned. At pickup, Angelo was super helpful when it came to choosing one vehicle over another (size vs features, etc.) and getting me situated.Almost a week into the rental I swapped out into a different vehicle and again Delano and Angelo made it a seamless and upbeat experience. These are talented employees who deserve accolades.
