A couple of weeks ago, my Mavic 3 had an encounter with a tree. I needed a simple part to fix it so I ordered it from these guys. The package arrived and they unfortunately shipped the wrong part. No big deal as mistakes happen but I did need this part as I am a real estate photographer who uses my drone on a daily basis. I called them and I was directed to submit an email to address the issue, so I emailed them and supplied the order number as well as the link to the part I order and the link to the part they sent me. No response. I followed up with a second email several days later. Again no response. I also tried calling them again and it went to voicemail every single time so I left a voicemail. Still, no response. I am not one to leave reviews but this just seems to be poor business. Customer service is terrible and I would not recommend. Luckily it was only a $15 Part and I ended up ordering from Ohio Drone Repair.

Sent broken hardware(DJI v2 goggles). When I returned it they neither sent a good one or returned my money. Camrise continues to ignore my emails.
