I had a great experience at DCH Paramus Honda. I wasn't expecting to lease a car that day, I just wanted to test drive and see my options. Hamad was such a great sales consultant and gave such a great price for a great car. my partner and I decided to lease the car that day. Hamad wasn't pushy or deceptive. He was straightforward and open with us through the whole process. This was one of the best experiences I've had at a car dealership.

It was an awful experience. I will never forget it or go back. Felt like they were trying to take advantage of me because I am a woman. I caught them in a lie when they were trying to scam me for $5,000.00 in services. I never heard back from the manager when I left a message requesting a call back. They wanted me to replace parts on my car that I did a month ago!! Like what??!! Mind you I take before & after pictures so I knew they were not being honest. DCH Paramus Honda are the worst!!! I was there for services 3 times in one month & all of my lights are still on in my car till this day, feel like they did nothing to my car, but charged me over $3,000.00 in "services."They also recommended services (tire rotation), that I just completed from a mechanic shop. I don't know if I will be a returning Honda customer after that poor experience.

CAREFUL folks, this dealer marks up prices from MSRP. Sometimes is better to shop around and go further north or west away from the city to get honest deals. BTW what a generic insincere response.. shame

Hamad was our salesman and he did a fantastic job! He was highly knowledgeable, friendly, funny, and gave us a great deal on our 2024 Civic lease. I would recommend him to anyone. He was able to easily explain the benefits and highlights of the car. He gave us his cell number in case we had any questions about the car once we brought it home. He even called to check how we are liking it. Service like that is greatly appreciated!!

Avoid at all costs. I made an appointment, test drove, agreed to purchase, and left a deposit on a used vehicle at DCH Honda, with Omari Addison, on September 1st. I was told the vehicle would be ready in "a few days", so I subsequently sold my current vehicle in anticipation of taking delivery, only to receive a call that the vehicle was "mistakenly" sold to someone else two days later.No remedy was offered for my severe inconvenience due to their gross negligence, and incompetence. The fact that they can disrupt someone's life to this degree, with no regard for my situation, puts them on par with the roadside, fly by night shady dealerships. Honda must be so proud. They are a nightmare, with no remorse...

Came here looking for a good used vehicle and came out with a 2022 Nissian Altima 2.5 SR. And I am in love, I have had it for 3 months now. No issues but have to get used the safety features (beeping). Shoutout to Leslie Solomon he was my car salesmen. He was able to work with my budget and was amazing at explaining everything thru this process. He's also really good at responding via text or call. I was even able to get a extended warranty which is amazing. SIde note I was told if you purchase a vehicle here you get free oil changes (we'll see if that is true, will come back with update regarding this).

I had an old car, and I was trying to conserve it till next year. So that I can shop around for a car. However, over the weekend, part of my bumper broke. I was upset and couldn't see myself driving my car this way. I looked into cars and came across Honda. I was interested in the HRV, but that didn't work out, and that's when Hamad, from the beginning, helped me out. I finally realized that the CRV hybrid worked for me, and I felt comfortable. Hamad provided excellent communication and customer service. He maintained my best interests and was very helpful! He took his time showing me the car and explaining piece by piece, part by part! I have never met someone so kind and helpful, especially in this line of work. Many sales associates want to sell a car and make a commission but do not actually help the customer. Thank you, Hamad, for being extraordinary!

I bought a Honda Accord Hybrid. Hamad Deeb was by far the best I've ever dealt with. No need to negotiate, he started me at the best quote off the bat. Even while he was busy with other customers, he made sure to check up on us as much as possible. He took the time to explain every feature. The Honda Accord had the most tech I've ever seen in a car, more than s Mercedes and lexus i had from 2021, nonetheless, for the first time in my life, I understood every tech feature, button and settings on the car.

As a commercial shop manager that spends thousands of dollars here to walk in and have the person dealing with me at the parts counter. Give me attitude disrespect and throw my parts at me is not only completely disrespectful and uncalled for but if that's how they are going to continue to treat a customer that spends that large sum of money here I will be taking my business elsewhere. Not only that the other person at the counter when I asked where the guy that was supposedly assisting me went he said he went to find my parts because they don't know where my part was, while looking at his phone, and sitting down. And then, when I went to look inside of the service area, I saw a employee laying down on the golf cart.

** PLEASE READ BEFORE BRINGING YOUR BUSINESS TO THIS LOCATION **I recently had an accident where my vehicle was totaled & I had broken 2 of my ribs. 2 weeks after the accident I came in & financed a Honda civic hatchback 2023 EX- L. I had explained the situation to my sales person Brandon Lopes, who was also my sales person for a prior vehicle which I co-signed & financed for my wife. This was also my 3rd Vehicle with DCH Honda in Paramus NJ. One of things I mentioned to Brandon Lopes was to give me a good deal that I didn't want to finance the vehicle way over the MSRP & I also spoke about the 3.9 APR & 4.9 APR that is advertised for new vehicle for someone that has really great credit score. After he came to me with a number which I wasn't happy with that I won't state hear as I'm embarrassed. After going back and fourth with the sales person & financial manager I ended up signing the contract with a 5.95 APR & $4K down which taxes added up to about $8K with American Honda Finance. After going back and taking a look at the contract I felt like I was taking advantage of as I didn't have my head straight because I was on heavy pain medication & looking back at the $4K I had put down the numbers don't add up of how much the vehicle came out to it was like they pocketed the money. Realizing my mistake this late from this point on I will not purchased a Honda ever again these people don't care about you. It doesn't matter if you're a first time customer or a customer that's loyal and have made business before with them. They do not care and will take advantage of you please don't buy Honda or if you do don't do business with this location.

I just recently leased a car with the help of John Medrano and Freddy Francisco. John has helped my family with previous deals since 2010 and we have always been pleased with his service. First time meeting Freddy and he was very thorough, courteous, efficient and made the experience worthwhile. Definitely recommend them!
