I have loved this stored since we relocated from Switzerland in 2018. In summer when my parents came visit I took them to the store with my daughter. A representative at the front door greeted us by telling us the clearance section was upstairs. This comment was for me an act of unconscious bias almost racism, as we are latinamericans. I came to look for furniture to renovate my daughters room and this immediately changed my mind. In the past visits I had been always accompanied by my German husband, and have never been treated this way.Customer service should be trained to treat consumers considering the diversity in this NY/NJ area.

I had never shopped at Crate & Barrel either in-store or online before. After striking out at all other furniture stores, this was my last resort. I was aware that this was a pricier option than other furniture stores in the area, but was willing to give it a try. So take note, if you are looking for budget furniture, this isn't your place.Upon walking into the store, you are greeted by someone who can direct you to the right area. There are 2 floors.Since we were looking for a couch, we went upstairs and were greeted by someone else, an associate named Sharon. We told her what we were looking for in a couch, and she brought us to a couch that literally met all our needs. Since we have pets, our options were limited in terms of fabric. Sharon was very, very helpful! She even told us to sign up for Crate & Barrel's email list to save an additional 10%.Although I am still waiting on my couch delivery (backorder!), I am confident that it will be seamless given the store experience. Thank you Sharon!

We bought a rug from Crate n Barrel in June. We were told the rug was on clearance and not returnable. When installed the rug did not lay completely flat along the center where it had been folded. We contacted the company hoping they could send someone to steam the wrinkle out. We were told since it was not returnable they could not do anything to solve our problem. Selling a product on clearance does not mean the product is not first quality merchandise. Very disappointed with the level of customer service provided by C & B. Won't be doing any more business there.

Beautiful store with great help. Good parking. Prices are very expensive! You pay dearly for everything in this store.

The store is beautiful and the staff is so helpful. I went with my son and daughter-in-law to purchase baby furniture. We had lots of questions and were helped by Stacy and Rosa. I highly recommend this store.

Had to exchange some items the mrs and I got on the registry, so we drove to Paramus with our bags in hand. had to take about 75 highways to get here, but the store itself is quite nice, very open and well lit. The person who helped us was wonderfully pleasant and even asked if we'd like to return our gifts to the person who bought them, but since we're monsters we opted to get a gift card instead which we will be using to buy another cutting board and knife.

I made an online purchase pick-up at the Paramus Crate & Barrel on Route 17. Smooth sailing. Good service at the station where I picked up my goods, and an associate even carried my boxes to my car (it was this bulky bed cover box thing and little, impulse-buy, knickknacks). I will pick up from this store again.

Attended a private Bridal Registry Event here and highly recommend it to all future newleyweds. Having the store essentially to ourselves, provided us with the peace of mind to take our time and not feel overwhelmed by shoppers. Not to mention the staff was beyond kind and helpful in making selections. There was even a vendor or two who talked about their product and provided more info on promos if we added them to our registry

Picked up something that I ordered online. Got an email that the order was cancelled due to lack of inventory and then received email that my order was ready for pickup. Called to confirm and spoke with Someone who seemed annoyed I was calling. Showed up to pick up item and navigated to parking garage under the store. I alerted them via the link in email waited about five minutes and then noticed a little call box. Called up to the store and a nice guy came down with the box after another five min or so.
