One of the worst customers service banks in the area. The staff is unprofessional yelling out how much money you want to withdraw. I heard the entire conversation of the someone next to me because the teller was like " you want $x,000 cash!" Then proceeds to say "let me ask if we have that money" then proceeds to ask the other tellers while they are helping someone else. Very unprofessional

You need more ATMs on this location,having one ATM in this busy location is not ideal.

Extremely poor, unprofessional and unfriendly staff. With the exception of 3 people, I go out of my way to avoid this branch. They literally go out of their way to make every transaction difficult. I’ve literally left there and gone elsewhere without changing a thing… and deposit with no issue and given polite and excellent customer service!!! I would give “zero” stars if it were possible.

This bank has changed so much in the past couple years. I am shocked on how the customer service has declined since Sheila joined. I was hoping to continue to go to this bank, but I am switching due the staff changes and poor customer service. My mother was charged for safety key she did not want, and instead of helping her she was spoken down to.

Giving this place 2 stars because no ATM inside the bank even though it is a large bank and they have the room for it. Also 3 tellers but still a line when only 3 people in line.

Lazy, lazy, lazy office stuff. First of all, it has been 3 generations who have been using Chase BUT we have had only problems with them in the last one year. It took 3 agents, 3 offices, 2 months to open a business account. Now, it's taking 2 agents, 2 offices and 10 days for opening a private account for our son. My husband made an appointment online and when we showed up at the office we weren't accepted. Apparently, the appointment was at "call back" status. Well, nobody called us back. Thank you Chase bank and employees for wasting our time. We switched to another bank!

Erica in the drive through intentionally called me by the wrong name, even after I corrected her. First rule of business is know your customer's name, they are after all there to give you their money. Not a good look from a customer service perspective, nor for her as a person.
