Wish I can give zero stars. Store manager does not even help you find the items, shes just pointing at the product for you to find them. Telling me to grab the shirt located on the top of the shelf on my own that needs a step stool ?Lack of customer service skills. Even the sales rep under her provides better customer service.I almost felt bad for her to act like that with others. Amazing how shes the manager there.Never going back. She does not qualify to be a manager.I was given wrong instructions on the promotion discount, never heard of that before. I am ok not getting that promotion if that’s the protocol but she did not even apologized to me about not training her employees correctly.Or give a friendly explanation.Very disappointed.

My first time experiencing this retail business. I had been following them on IG as I am big fan of their products. I had the pleasure of receiving excellent customer service from an employee, David. He is very good at his job. He welcomed me, educated me and provided a positive customer experience that I purchased my new shirts. David is patient and gave his recommendations. Keep up the great David! As for my shirts, they are awesome and can't wait to wear them.

Extremely nice and helpful staff. Keep in mind you can usually use the 3 for $99 shirt deal. And there return policy is unbeatable.

Charles Tyrwhitt Jermyn st?????? More appropriate would be "Charles Tyrwhitt,Shanghai" This store trumpets a British pedigree,yet not one item in store made in England. Everything made in cheap labor countries

The new Charles Tyrwhitt shirts are made very cheap and don’t last long around the sleeves, they only have one piece of fabric the old ones have a double layer of fabric. These new shirts only lasts six months and then they start ripping around the sleeves save your money and get a better shirt.

I came to buy a shirt for my wedding and ended up buying a couple of shirts. All the staff in the store is very courteous. Marco, in particular, was very knowledgeable, he took the time to walk me through all the fits, fabrics, and styles, and he helped me decided not the best shirt for my wedding but also other shirts I could incorporate into my closet. I’m the guy who’s usually between two sizes but not with Charles Tyrwhitt, I could easily figure out my size, they have try-on shirts in every style and fit. They're my favorite shirt store now.

This location has a real slacker working here. I went in to ask about purchasing a sport jacket and some dress shirts. Clerk looked like absolute dullard and couldn't care less about anything I asked. Just astonishingly bad service. No eye contact,just looked away,mumblin . Young,indian looking. guy. I won't be returning to Charles Tyrwhitt. I can tell they don't want my money.
