We were at the NJ location last week, looking for a new sectional,, coffee table etc. We found a few pieces we liked, however when a young man told his co worker we needed help, she waived us off and responded I can tell they are not serious. Wow! We happily took are money elsewhere.

Absolutely love this store/location. Everyone is always so helpful and patient!!! Also, CB2 has become my favorite place to shop?. They have amazing quality and always keeping up with the trends.

It’s the mere, unprovoked, unprofessional at this establishment that is disappointing. Instead of communicating that they are going in a different direction the manager thinks it’s appropriate to ghost you instead of communicating the shift in decision to hire. It’s 2024, a clear, we are not moving forward is good enough for me. How can ppl learn from experiences if there is no proper feedback.

You know I’m not sure if it’s because I look younger than I am or just wear plane tshirts and jeans. Maybe it’s the tattoos… but I never get help here. I always feel like the associates are assuming I don’t have money to spend or something. I always leave this location needing to either shop in the city or online.

Staff is very helpful! Nadirah helped us locate a low-stock item and even took the time to open each one so we could see the variation in the material and pick which one we wanted. She was very professional and kind, great experience here!

The store staff approached as we stepped in, told us her name so nicely, asked if anything she could help us with.When we showed her the item we looked at cb2 website, she said she would look into it. 15M later, she did not come back, we saw her chatting with her colleague at the counter. We asked if she found it. She said " what item?"Seriously?? It's ok if you do not know what your customers asked for, just let them know so they do not waste their time.

This is my CB2 store, well it was... I love CB2 and have a lot of furniture and kitchen stuff. I went there to buy martini glasses and espresso cups and napkin holders for a dinner party at my place. The sales associate Sybil was the one at checkout. She kept talking and talking and talking. You know how those people who look like they are doing everything and not doing anything at all. That's who she is. I got my stuff and came home only to realize that she forgot to put my martini glasses in my bag. I called the store. I asked her name she answered and I told her who I was she said "oh I got your martini glasses here". She did not even bother to call or e-Mail me. I told her that this is so inconvenient for me since I am hosting the next day. She was not even apologetic at all. She got my phone number and address to send them with fedex but she said they won't make it on time and then she said " thank you very much". And She Hung Up The Phone on Me. Her name is Sybil. Unbelievable. I called again and she did not even want to come to the phone. Finally she picked it up from her associate and when I asked her if she hung up the phone on me she said "not at all, not at all".Sybil is so disrespectful and rude. As a customer I have never been treated like this. The assistant manager Lynn called me and apologized. I got a refund which I don't care. The manager Ray did not call me at all. Not going to that store ever again.

Nice home furniture and decor. Good quality and they have some good designs. They lose a star because they consistently have more staff than customers in the store, which can’t be good news for my wallet.

Thank you Lynne so much for helping me exchange my Eva bust. When my item arrived in the beginning of this month, it emitted a smell that just wouldn’t go away. I tried everything from letting it sit in the sun, to putting it in the freezer and just letting it sit. The smell did not go away. When the package came, it was a sunny day and the box had no signs of moisture during travel to my house. She went above and beyond to help me. She opened up another box to compare, which also did smell bad. But it wasn’t as bad as the one I received. Then she had the idea to smell the floor model and that one didn’t smell at all. The only reason why I took off one star is because of the two workers who pretty much had no faith in the customer by thinking I did something wrong. I did let it sit for three weeks. Then you have the nerve to talk about my situation to another coworker. The bust is not plaster. It is papier-mâché. If it smells, it’s because it didn’t cure properly. I get that you live and breathe the brand. I would too if I worked there. But maybe trust your customer when they say an item is defective and read the reviews of this item. Lynne, thank you for helping us today. Maybe teach some empathy to your coworkers.
