A very fun and family friendly place to visit. I took my 4 years old son for the first time and he had a blast plus its a very clean environment for everyone.

The place is large and tidy. There are many things for children to play in. It is safe and tidy. There are also several rooms that can be used for birthday parties. The staff are also very friendly. The parking lot outside is also large. It is a good place for children to go.

Great Family Fun and Enormous! After 4 hours of playing my little one did not want to leave! However, the bathrooms were not clean and there was no one checking stamps when leaving. My stamp actually washed off in the bathroom and was not invisible to begin with.

Wow! Maria is the best! And the staff was friendly. When we first walked in Maria graciously explained the steps to fill out the waiver and helped us with the check in process. She went above and beyond for us! And made me feel like our belongings were in good hands. The waiver is so easy and simple, that’s a great plus.This place is adorable and we’re so happy we stumbled upon it. The staff was cleaning throughout the entire time! -my favorite part as a mama- And the prices on the menu were so reasonable.If I could give feedback the ONLY thing I would suggest is for the bathrooms garbage cans to be emptied out more often so it doesn’t smell too much like dirty diapers lol, PLEASE note the bathrooms were very clean, it was just the smell.We will most definitely be back, with friends !Thank you catch air for such a great time !I can’t post videos for some reason but check it out !!!

The owner invested a lot and formally it looks great, but something is missing here. My 5 year old really enjoys similar places, but she quickly gets bored at catch air. Also the policy is to wear sucks, but I see tons of people, kids and adults, wearing shoes or bear feet. Overall I think it’s okay to go there once in while, but it is not a place you want to come back.

Party not worth the price. I had my son’s 1st birthday party here. The staff were all over the place. They only give you a 2 hour window to use the party room and no time prior for set it. The package I purchased was supposed to include ice cream and goodie bags, I didn’t get either. Thank god I made my own goodie bags I was able to give to the kids. If you do decide to plan a party here make sure you check your bill because they tried to charge us for the adults that came without children even though those adults paid for themselves at the door!

Violation of protocol and regulations. The staff members at Catch Air Paramus on March 2nd did not check the stamp they placed on my hands nor my children hands when walking out of this center. The reason they stamped our hands with the same animal is to match the parent/guardian with the child. There were a whole bunch of adults just walking away with children and no one even cared to make sure that, they were the corresponding parent/guardian. Very scary situation when a child could be gone in less than a second. Also, we were there for a birthday party that was supposed to start at 6pm. The room was not given to our friends until almost 7pm and please keep in mind that the center closes at 8pm so it was not a 2hr window. Lastly not only were we starving since 6pm, the food arrived at 7:20pm. We rushed to eat, we rushed to celebrate and that is just not right. Hate to complain but things need to be a bit more organized especially when it comes to our most precious gift - our children.
