During their grand opening they were a little too pushy with selling me a car seat. My husband and I caved in. It was the worst decision ever. Spent $400 and it’s the worst car seat ever. His back is too arched in it and his head falls down. I have to sit in the back and hold his head up while my husband drives. They also failed to mention it’s an infant only car seat. That is insane to pay that much for a car seat for only 3 months. Wanted to return it when I found out and they wouldn’t let me. DO NOT SHOP HERE. You can buy anything they have here for cheaper on AMAZON! And the greatest part is you don’t need to leave your house and get hustled by these terrible saleswomen.

I made a large purchase at this location and Julie was extremely kind, patient, and helpful throughout the process. Even though we had so many questions, she answered them all with grace. It’s the little things that make you feel cared for. For example, she brought us a cart, spoke with a smile, didn’t get irritated when we asked for suggestions, etc. I haven’t had the same experience at the Woodbridge Buy Buy Baby which is actually closer to my house. It was an actual pleasant experience shopping at the Paramus store because of Julie.

My experience with the order was a great one.
I had to deal with customer service due to a mistake I made on the shipping address.
Customer Service Support was very good with changing the shipping address helping resolve the problem. I received the Gluxe stroller in a timely fashion and is very pleased with all the support.
