The employees at this store are incredible! They both made my son’s 3rd birthday very special and were so lovely interacting with him. You can tell they really care about their customers and the store experience. Thank you very much, our family of 5 will definitely be back.

Went for my nephew’s bday party today, and have to say Emily was fantastic !! Seriously , give this woman a raise lol she was amazing with the kids, and so patient. The kids had a great time; I was really impressed how great it was!!

First I want to share that your employee Emily is fantastic. You need to hold on to her because she was wonderful with my son and made our experience so nice. She was literally sitting on the floor with my son while he was scared of the stuffing machine sounds. Thank you Emily!We went to buy a new friend for our son to put his pacifiers in and it worked! We were surprised with the nice quality of the stuffed animals and all the options for dressing them. We will be back!

Staff was super friendly and nice! EVEN KAREN. Y’all haters must be bratty kids raising brattier kids but everyone was so sweet in there. The Karen bashing reviews almost made me go to a different store, and I’m so glad I chose to go anyway!

This is a fun place to browse in when I am in Paramus Park but when I was looking around in the store this worker lady who has dark hair and who wears glasses was being really sassy to me because I was just looking in the store just like any other polite customer and when she just saw me looking at the merchandise she said we are working right now and told me that I shouldn’t really be looking around in this store. She really made me feel bad and less of a person. Someone really needs no teach that lady some proper work educate….

We were in town visiting my in laws and my MIL wanted to take my son to Build A Bear. It was a pretty cute activity, I gotta say. Build A Bear got big when I was maybe in middle school, so I remember going to the mall with a friend to get a bear. It was fun being in the store again. The employees were friendly and had a nice selection of bears. My son ending up picking their sparkly reindeer (you do you kid). He also really liked giving the reindeer a "bath". He didn't care to pick out any cloths so off to the birth certificate computers we went. I will say my MIL was lost, she would have been super confused on what to do after the bath if I wasn't there. They now charge like $1 or something like that for the boxes, but I do think they are worth it. My son loved toting around his new reindeer in his "house". Overall a very cute experience that my four year old thoroughly enjoyed.

KAREN NEEDS TO BE FIREDI went into the store today to purchase the birthday bear for my son who is turning 1 in a couple of days & she kept rushing us to hurry up & pick stuff out. I told her I’m only here for the bear & she kept mumbling under her breath that it’s only $1…. Then she told my husband really rudely that he needed to stop going in & out of the store as it messes up her numbers.. he was going throw out some trash. NEVER going back to that store again.. it’s supposed to be a family kid friendly store. FIRE HER ASAP
