Worked with Sally the interior designer at the Paramus store.Super helpful -- we loved the process.We initially had an idea of what we wanted, and she made it come true. She guided us on fabric, the color, the layout and we saw how it all came together.Every part was exciting!Now I will just have to wait patiently for the furnitures to arrive.

STAY AWAY!!! STAY AWAY!!!!! Don't buy anything here, Cheap product, same as IKEA but you are charged lot more, Also if product that you buy and don't like, good luck returning!!! They tell you 50 % restocking fee (which is high) and they never even give you that back. Try to do charge back and they will lie to back you never returned item. THIS GUY IS A CROOK. Brings stuff from china, labes differently. if you dont like it .... well you are out of luck!!!

i'm a first-time homeowner and have never bought upscale furniture before, but working with sally to design my living/dining room space couldn't have been easier. she made me feel taken care of, really understood my aesthetic from the get-go and seamlessly put together a beautiful rendering that i can't wait to see come to life! would highly recommend working with her, especially if you're a bit intimidated by this process and could use some extra guidance

Sally at BoConcept made our project easy and enjoyable. She is very professional and talented. She knows her fabrics, designs and products. The rendering she proposed helped us to better picture the design so we can make our choices and decisions. She kept editing and changing until we were 100% satisfied. She answered every single question.She worked on our project with dedication, passion and so much determination. Sally at BoConcept is amazing. She was so patient and creative! Not pushy at all and she REALLY listened to what I was saying AND paid attention to my own reaction to things. She spent two hours with me helping me make a decision and I felt like she sincerely cared about my choices. She pushed when she thought a fabric might be better or when she felt I should consider something else, but it was a gentle push, more like a suggestion. And she was right each time! If you need some help and guidance without the hard sell, she is your gal. She has a great eye and knows her stuff. And BoConcept furniture is of a great quality with wonderful customer service.

Michael was fantastic!We stumbled upon boconcept, at a loss and confused. Would we ever find the right sofa? Luckily enough, after the sales person thoroughly walked us through all of our options in stock and non, we found the perfect piece. After months of waiting, we finally met our new couch - exactly as described magnificent and just what we wanted: comfortable and plush, modern, sleek and made to our specification, I couldn't imagine a better fit!
