Great experience. Paul was absolutely wonderful who helped us pick out a couch. He listened to our needs and right away took us to see a specific couch which was perfect. Very efficient and easy buying process. Paul really was the best.

I ordered a bed on a Friday as it fit my criteria for “available immediately”. After thinking about it overnight, I was settling for something I really didn’t like. I was at the store first thing Saturday morning, and I was able to cancel the prior order and I found something I liked and it was available immediately as well.

We lost furniture from this place, exactly one year after the furniture we bought it was already damaged and there is no guarantee for the leather, it is supposed to be quality furniture, I would not buy here again and I advise you to look very carefully because your money was lost in a year.

I had a great experience here!! We were greeted immediately upon entering the store by Steve. He was outstanding!! He was so kind, knowledgeable, patient, respectful, and professional...a true Gentleman!! We really appreciated that.
Steve not only answered all of our questions, but also showed us different options and designs that we might be interested in. He found exactly what we were looking for and explained in detail everything we needed to know about it. Our interaction with Steve was so positive, relaxed, and made us want to come back soon to make more purchases.
We also met Carlos who too was the ultimate professional and true Gentleman as well. He went over everything with our purchase to make sure we were satisfied...and we were 110%

Our furniture was delivered by Eric and the two other workers with him. They were AWESOME!! We knew that the dresser we bought was very large and very heavy and wasn't going to be an easy task to get upstairs and maneuvered into the bedroom, but Eric and his crew were able to do so without damaging the dresser, our walls, stairs or floors. Eric and his workers were very professional, courteous, and took their time to make sure the job was done right with no mishaps and cleaned up any and all packaging and debris from their work. We are very happy and pleased with Bob's Furniture and will continue shopping there.
