Love this location. I always find items I love. Staff is super nice. Scott was great in the fitting room and both Irina and Ana were both really helpful. People like them make it a pleasure to shop. I found a cute Karl lagerfeld tee, aqua shorts and cloth & stone dress. My husband also found a few cute shirts. We’ll continue being loyal shoppers. Customer service may be going downhill in many places but not here. Awesome experience always.

Benny was an excellent help with our purchase ! She not only helped us with all the items we picked as far as changing sizes if need be but also if the item was not available she suggested something similar ! She also has a great taste ! Thank you Benny see you soon !

Radmila (rada) was very patient, helpful and customer oriented.She answered all my questions and helped me find a size I needed in another store.They should be lucky to have her.

It's a decent place to shop in, however the store does get a little cramped and it does get repetitive from time to time, some of the employees are nice, especially those that work the fitting room, but there are some managers that are just interested in how much sales the store made and they tell the employees about it at the end of their shift, I don't see the point in that, they should just keep the store sales to themselves and tell corporate about it, I also think that the store is lacking in color as well, it's a dull and grey store, *Note they no longer have the kids section but for some reason they have some kids clothes in the clearance section, I also noticed that the sign on the outside, not at the front, but at the entrance when you enter the mall is missing, I also think that we need a better security system at the front and at the back as well, one of the managers, by the name of L. forgot to lock the front door and a customer came in after hours while the register was being counted, just be aware please and thank you..

The management in this store is not smart or customer oriented. How do you give a gift with the price tag on? I was refused a return because the $80 price tag was not attached to the gift item. This is ignorant. Be smart and don't shop at this horribly run store. I won't ever be back and I'll be sure to tell everyone I know and my social media contacts.

I usually shop at this store on a regular basis. Todays experience was not that great.. Was looking for a suit tie and I was unable to find one anywhere in the store.. I asked this lady (on a bigger side wearing black long sweater and she had black long hair and pierceing blue contacts on), and she directed me to go to the Suit section by the entrance. Unfortunately, there were no ties there at all.. and so my search continued :-).. Coincidently, I saw the same lady again and told her that there were no ties in the section that she had sent me to.. and her answer was hillarious: Oh, we must have sold out because more people have started to wear the ties these days, which I know is the opposite.. She did not have any friendly vibe at all. Not sure why she was on the floor to help the customers at all.. I love this store and I think the managers should address this issue.. Next time I see this lady on the floor behaving in the same way, I will reduce my review to a one star review.. you bet.

Love this store! They have a lot of great selections that a well made, at very reasonable prices. Their loyalist rewards program is good too. A few things I didn't like are that they close so early on weekdays, 8pm is very odd. Especially since they open at 11am. And 10-9pm on weekends. Also didn't like that the fitting room is shared by men and women. Was awkward and uncomfortable.The cashiers are also very nice, but one was super rude and lazy. Kept telling everyone else to do her job for her and she wasn't even a manager. But I'll definitely be coming back to check out more of their stuff. Have already been there twice and planning my next trip there haha.

If I could give this place 0 starts I would. The experience was absolutely terrible. It almost seemed as this establishment is racist. Especially the store manager Maria. Stay away! ??
